"Why am I seeing her with my worst enemy? What the hell have you been doing?" Four henchmen stood silently in the shadows, watching the scene unfold as Henry continued to scold the captive man. Their eyes shifted nervously between the two men, wary of the tension that filled the air. Suddenly, the door creaked open, and Jason entered the room, his presence immediately commanding attention. Jason was not only Henry's best friend but also his second-in-command, a loyal and trusted companion.

But this little witch. She had succeeded in making me have a damned boner in fucking daylight. She was making me react just by thinking of her. "What's the matter, Capo? You look like you are about to strangle someone," Henry patted my back as soon as he reached me. Henry was a friend and an associate. He was not a made man, but he handled most of the dirty work on behalf of the family. "Henry," I murmured, giving him a brief smile, before narrowing my eyes at him.

She looked around, hoping to find a way out of the dark and scary place, but all she saw were closed shops and empty buildings. Suddenly, she heard footsteps behind her. She turned around to see a man running towards her. He was big, with tattoos on his arms and a wild look in his eyes. She tried to run, but he caught up with her and grabbed her from behind. She struggled and kicked, but he was too strong. He dragged her into a nearby alleyway, and she screamed for help. Just as she thought it was the end, a man's voice echoed through the alleyway. "Hey, leave her alone!"

"Rowan, you're sure about this? I mean, I want to help God, I owe her big time but faking a crash? That's next-level stupid. What if the cops get involved? Or ambulances? You can't just… " "I can," he cut me off, eyes wild. "I'm Rowan mothefucking Parker I can do what I want and I got a buddy who's a stunt guy from that one hockey movie we did promo for. He'll set it up safely. I'll fall, yeah, bruise up a bit for authenticity, but nothing broken. The media eats it up, Liv comes running because she cares deep down she does and then the twist hits. It's genius!" Brett wiped his mouth, still laughing but it was that nervous kind where you think someone's about to die. "Genius or suicidal. Pick

he said in a very low tone which I hardly heard. " Take the left turn , and make sure you climb the tallest tree there for safety, make a right turn and also climb any tree there ,from afar you'll see your pack , that's the only way you'll be free and safe from rogues and other dangerous pack "he said to me. My eyes beamed in suprise " he wasn't going to have my blood ? Really? But my great-grandmother had told.me to run and hide if I ever come across one of them ".

"Yikes! The merman won't enjoy wearing the collar—he won't be able to shape-shift. Come to think of it, how did one of the monsters manage to become a wealthy CEO for a human company?" "Oh-my-god, who cares?!" The leader of the policemen snaps. He is fitter than the rest, and I find it amusing how he is wearing his branded, dark shades at night. "All I know is that the world is a safer place with this bastard behind bars! Did you hear about this guy sinking an entire cargo ship—he is crazy dangerous!" Hayden sunk a ship by himself? "Not to mention enormous!" My heart ceases to pound, and I realize this island isn't safe.

She was lying on wet ground for more than two hour, her eyes were busy scanning that place for her way of escape that when rusty green colored metal door of room opened and with gush of cold dreadful wind walked in three man, three disgusting looking tall and bulky man. All three of them were wearing nothing but just their old worn out pair of trousers, their huge, hairy, sweat covered pale body was visible to my eyes, each one of them was carrying a ‘Hockey bat’ in their hand, however the most fearful feature of them was their smile, their evil smile that was scaring me to my core, she already knew she was in danger but she wasn’t aware of fact how badly those three were willing to break he

The tall one had blonde hair, brown eyes, a bag over his shoulders and daring look while the other had blue hair with blue eyes, his face was cute, like a fallen angel. “That’s Emory and Marsh, Emory is the captain of the hockey team” Xyla whispered in my eyes, it felt like talking about them openly would inquire consequences. I looked over at them, their seat were aligned. Emory sat behind Marsh. A part of the hockey team, I thought about it, seeing them made me excited, I couldn’t wait to apply for the hockey team. “Marsh is the right defenseman” Adele added. I nodded, then she leaned closer.

"And they've been indirectly causing us trouble through missed pirate attacks on our ship." I felt the world spinning around me. "What are you saying?" I asked, my voice rising in confusion and anger. The captain held up a hand to calm me down. "I'm saying that these men are dangerous," he said with a firm voice. "And we need to be careful with them." I felt a sense of betrayal and anger boil within me, and I let out a shout of frustration. "Why didn't you tell us?" I demanded, my voice breaking. "Because I didn't want to cause panic," he said, his voice low. "And because I thought we could handle it ourselves."
