A Forsaken Soul

A Forsaken Soul

It said, "Winter Brooke, last stage stomach cancer." Winter Brooke… Last stage stomach cancer… I felt as though something massive had just struck me in the head. As Colette screamed at the grunting boys to stop fighting, I was suddenly transported back to that day when both my parents jumped off a building to end their lives after going broke. Then, Colette came over to my house with Finnegan's elder brother, Joachim Churchill, and poured boiling water down my throat. She wanted me to lose my voice forever. That way, she could replace me and tell Finnegan that she had been the one who had been painstakingly taking care of him for the past three years.

His Terms, My Surrender

His Terms, My Surrender

“Hate me. Fight me. But don’t ever think you can leave me.” She turned sharply, her blue eyes blazing. “What do you even want from me, Theo? You killed my father, you ruined my life. You have my body—what else is left?” I smiled, slow and dangerous. “Your soul, carino.” Her breath hitched. “That’s the thing about deals with the devil,” I continued, watching as her fingers twitched at her sides. “They don’t end when you want them to.” Her lips parted, but no words came out.

Changed Souls, Became the CEO's Mistress

Bella explained, making Carissa even more confused. "Because of the accident, my soul died, Carissa, and now my body is empty, and you will occupy it. You will enter Arabella's body, live my life, and continue your life as me," he explained again. "But why? Why should I be you?" asked Carissa confusedly.

THE SLAVE WHO REJECTED THE ALPHA

THE SLAVE WHO REJECTED THE ALPHA

My ribs snapped, one after another, and I could hear them breaking, feel the jagged ends grinding together as if my own body was being shattered from the inside out. Then came the mind-shredding pressure. I screamed, a sound that scraped my throat bloody. I tried to claw at my own skin, to rip it out of me, but my arms wouldn’t listen. They just bent and spasmed. And then I felt the settling. Something monstrous coiled itself deep in my soul, curling into my bones like I had been hollow all along, just waiting to be filled. Sorvane. ** Ravok POV Present Day

A Soul Without Shore

A Soul Without Shore

Oh, and you're just a test subject for our research! Both her expression and her words stabbed at me like blades. She had taken everything from me—my identity, whom others had once looked up to, the results of my tireless efforts, and even the man that I loved. "Shut up!" I roared furiously. "Oh? Struck a nerve, did I?" Claudia sneered condescendingly. "Too bad. There's nothing you can do now. Well, unless the Swanson family finds you and breaks in to take you away now, that is."

From The 28th Century

From The 28th Century

The Soul Water that she had kept was good for thousands of years as she really took a lot of it. (I might need this in the future. Also, I have read that Soul Water was a rare type of water. I guess they all are here. This is also a good ingredient for refining pills.) Soheila smiled as she walks towards Theodore. "Wanna go back now?" Theodore asked when Soheila arrived in front of him. Soheila shook her head and said, "I want to take a bath. Is there simple water where I could take a bath?" Theodore looked at Soheila from head to toe and went closer to her, and smelled her. "You don't smell at all." Soheila's sweet fragrance was still the same.

His Locked Soul

His Locked Soul

More critical, who was she? I snapped back to reality when the voice was still shouting at me. ".... are extremely stupid. I will show you what I can do." And the call got disconnected. "Pl... Pl... Please leave me. I never knew that trying for a contract is this bad." Only after I heard the sobs, I understood that I was still holding her. I released her immediately. "Who are you?" "Just don't hurt me, please." "I am sorry. But how did you know that I am here."

I enjoyed the love story. Also the way the characters & plots developed not dragging it out forever. I’m happy to read this novel, I don’t feel guilty for spending too much to enjoy the story. I love to support the writers but sometimes it can be too expensive for me. Thanks great story & considerat

I have to say this was an interesting & fun story. Loved u made the characters smart, funny, fun and not act in absurd & idiotic, nonsensical ways. That was much appreciated. My biggest issue was the mangling of the grammar, tenses and word choice. Found myself auticorrecting the dialogue. Must fix.

Fated to More Than One

Fated to More Than One

Ah, I suppose my disdain has affected her judgement. I wasn’t impressed that she allowed my daughter to choose a soul that may have put her in danger, but Khai has made me see sense. Perhaps our daughter belongs to Aspen, and who am I to say that shouldn’t be the case if it's fate? With that thought, I drop my cupped hands into the liquid, releasing the small soul that immediately moves around. It ducks, dives and races around the bowl as if searching for a long-lost friend; it comes to a stop twice, flaring before one soul only to go on to find another.

My soulmate

My soulmate

She was sort of my soul mate. Yes that is her!!! We understand each other blindly and we have an incredibly strong bond with each other. She always gets my full attention when we are in the same room together and I always try to accommodate her needs. If she's happy, so am I, and if she's not, I'll try my best to change it, like tonight. The chemistry between Josie and I is also right, we even have the same sense of humor and I can laugh with her at the dumbest jokes like no other person. Josie manages to see my world with different eyes and she shows me a new way, her way. I am not perfect. Absolutely not. I've had so many women and no one has been able to see inside me. I hurt many, no mos

Soulmate Rebellion

Soulmate Rebellion

There wasn’t a soul left alive on that cursed mountain when that sun traveled across the sky that next morning. I traveled from town to town and village to village in those following days, and I watched as soulmates turned into enemies from their bigotry and their hatred. The betrayal of one bond had single-handedly destroyed the bonds for countless other people. The world was torn apart by fighting in and among all clans. I, Mae Shamrock, last of The Sisters of the Path Coven, bore witness to the destruction of the soulmate bond as the Soulmate Covenant was broken in 1850. I knew without a doubt that it would not be returning… UNTIL the world changed its ways…
