The Blood Moon Luna
From the doorway Gideon cleared his throat, “I know I am not a werewolf or your father, but I was hoping you would allow me the honor of escorting the girl I consider my sister to the ball.”
I fanned my face and teased, “Okay you two don’t make me cry, I don’t have time to redo my make-up.”
We left the mansion and crossed the grounds to where the ball was being held. The moon was just beginning to make its appearance and the apex would be a little more than an hour from now.
