His Lion Mate Novels & Stories

Aiden POV Leon and Nyx ran for a couple of hours. Leon hunted Nyx, because it was clear that she let him. He didn’t care either. He was happy just to have his mate. She is a little bigger than us but that didn’t matter. What did matter was when Leon caught up to Nyx, they completed their mate bond. Which has me desperate to complete mine with Thalia now that she has shifted. ‘Nyx, how is my mate?’ I ask her.

He stood at the edge of the room with his chest heaving and his hands shaking, and he did not come closer, could not come closer, though I did not know how I knew that, I just knew it the way you know that fire is hot and ice is cold. "You are my mate," he said, and his voice was hollow, empty, like someone had carved out his insides and left nothing but echoes. "The goddess has cursed me." I knew what a mate was because every human knew, even the children, even the ones who had never seen a Lycan in their lives.

"I am high key nervy right now, Vera. I know you could hear my heart beating rapidly like it wants to come out from my ribcage," Mira uttered then resumed biting her lower lip. She has been feeling sick in her stomach since she discovered her mate from another pack last month. She wanted to introduce herself but a myriad of negative thoughts hammered her self-esteem the moment she saw his mate. "Get a grip on yourself, Mira. Let me remind you about the game that will begin shortly. Alpha expected us to win."

The day I meet her, I’m going to make her mine, cage her up if that what it takes to keep her with me. Max was jumping with joy that he had finally found his mate. He wanted her to fondle him like there’s no tomorrow. We were jumping with happiness, but something triggered us. Someone was taking her away from me. He was dragging her. Max was angry that our mate was being pulled apart from us. He was furious. He howled mind linking the other warriours about our mate. And they howled in joy.

I was not sure how to react to it, but one thing was sure that I was shocked beyond the statement. Finding my mate was the last thing on my mind. Not to forget, my mate was a weak human. ‘You can’t call her weak without knowing anything about her.’, My wolf defended her. And here it goes, my wolf has already become a love-sick puppy after finding out our mate. That was why I hate mate bond; it makes a lion behave like a kitten. And above all, choosing a human mate was like falling for the lamb, that too being a Lion.

“Why are you all alone? If you were my mate, I'd never leave you alone.” “Thanks for the advice, friend,” said a voice I recognized very well at my back, and I immediately turned to see Izan. “You're right... I shouldn't leave my mate alone.” “I'm sorry, Alpha,” Lion's mother said. “Alpha, you're a fool,” Lion said, and we all looked at him with raised eyebrows. “She doesn't smell like you, so you haven't claimed her. And if, when I grow up, she doesn't smell like you, you can be sure she'll be my wife.”

Liyah exclaimed, jumping on my comforter. If you couldn't guess what was all the fuss about, I'll tell you. Liyah's birthday is tommorow and she was more than ecstatic. "Ill finally find my mate" She squealed once more. She was all for the mate bond thingy, I just wanted someone to grow old and die with. Once a wolf turns eighteen they will be able to find their mate and if Liyah hasn't forgotten, She's still with Leo. "What 'bout Leo" I asked munching on some cheeseballs.

Rio was really disappointed in him. “I’m sorry, I did not mean to. I was too drunk and you were too buddy, how would I be supposed to know it?” Leonard reasoned out to him. Rio did not utter any word anymore after hearing this because he knew that maybe his self-control cannot be compared to Leonard. Maybe it is because Deadrei and he are soulmates that is why he can control his lust for another woman. Leonard, on the other hand, chose Mathilda but she was not Leonard’s true mate at the beginning for Mathilda is mortal. Mate bond is stronger than bonds between two different species.

I just watched as more confusion took over his face. “Liam you aren't explaining why you think I'm your mate.” I seen him glance at me quickly then back to the road. “Cain.” “Your wolf? But I thought they can sense their mates?” 'We can. Cain is not our mate.' Alice snapped. 'Khaos is our mate.' “They can. He says he doesn't feel a mate bond with Alice.” “Liam, your confusing me.” I breathed. I was having a hard enough time with coming to terms with the feelings I was having for Leon. I couldn't deal with this too.

She left. “Liana, is he really our mate?" I asked my wolf. “Yes, I can feel it, I can feel his wolf," she says. Our mates are the ones that can feel a new mate, as they were connected to the moon goddess, liana had no reason to lie. “I'm tired Liana, my brain hurts, I need to sleep" “Sleep," she muttered. As I was drifting off, I felt him. Lucian. I felt the mate pull.
