His Lion Mate Novels & Stories

Aiden POV Leon and Nyx ran for a couple of hours. Leon hunted Nyx, because it was clear that she let him. He didn’t care either. He was happy just to have his mate. She is a little bigger than us but that didn’t matter. What did matter was when Leon caught up to Nyx, they completed their mate bond. Which has me desperate to complete mine with Thalia now that she has shifted. ‘Nyx, how is my mate?’ I ask her.

Dyelon growled. “Oh, so it’s like that? We’re forgetting that we're mates. Ok cool, so it’s only fair that I even the playing field right? I mean little ole me against you, isn’t fair at all. Soko…..Come.” Was all Trixie said before we all hear that deafening roar again. “What the…” Was all I was able to get out before the biggest lion I have ever seen came crashing in. “ OH MY FUCKING GOD! BULLSHIT, MOTHA FUCKA, GOD DAMNIT! TRIXIE IS THAT A FUCKING LION DID YOU JUST CALL A FUCKING LION IN HERE. WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE A FUCKING LION AS A PET WHO THE FUCK HAS A FUCKING LION AS A PET. IF THIS LION DON’T EAT ME. I’M TAKING AWAY YOUR FUCKING BLACK CARD TODAY. OH LORD THE LION GOT A WOLF IN H

My father said, his tone laced with sadness. “We can have peace if your daughter and my son reject each other right now and he promises to marry Liona!” King Leo yelled. I look at Liona and see that she is scared. I raise a brow and look at her hard, daring her to steal my mate from me was causing rage to build up. She knew they weren’t mates and she had her own mate to think about. Why would she want someone else when she could have her true mate? “Liona!” I yell at her.

Then he slams all the way into me, and I cry out, curling my fingers into the covers. Yes, the slow, gentle Connor is gone and in his place is a big lion ready to mate with his partner. Breathing hard, I take a moment to adjust to this new position, and then I slam back against his hips, letting him know I'm ready. Ready for whatever he is going to give me.

I bowed my head, he didn't say anything, he just walked past me and headed to a drawer that was on the other side of the bed. ‘Maybe he is trying to bring something, well at least he's your mate you're sure to be marked any moment from now.’ Lia was leaping with joy, I couldn't control myself either. It was the first time that I had ever felt like this. “I was thinking that I could go visit my parent's grave, I wanted to honour them and also tell them that I have gotten a mate. And I-” “Can you stop yapping for a few seconds? It's annoying ya know.” Leon’s voice was different from before. It was like he was angry or something like that.

As strong as he is claimed to be, the lycan was missing only one thing, a person, in his community called a mate. A mate is someone who is destined to be with you through thin and thick, unlike humans, there's no getting away from one's partner; if you're stuck with a mate you're stuck for life and what happens doesn't matter. As the unfair battle started with the villagers a scent tickled his nose, so sweet to be real, he got off his horse and walked towards it, until he saw something that made an earth-shaking growl emit from his chest. A soldier was manhandling who he know identifies as his little mate, she fell due to the impact of the soldier's slap,

She fixed her eyes on Cory’s side face and asked, “Is that true, Cory? You really told her that? We are mates for the Moon Goddess’s sake! How could you-” “Dragons don’t do the mate thing,” Lennie interrupted her rudely, “Mate bond is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. We dragons won’t allow anything or anyone to choose partners for us. We just choose whoever we like and be with them.” She curled up her lips to a snooty smile, and then looked at Cory. “Isn’t it, sweetie? You proposed to me in the same season. You don’t buy the mate thing either. Compared with your allegedly fated mate, it’s me you truly love.”

As I looked back at him, it felt like my heart was resting on sharp nails, beating fast and painfully. Panic crept up my spine, as I turned away, avoiding his eyes. I changed the subject and asked, "Why did you come to this part of the forest anyway?" Lionel's eyes dimmed slightly as he released me and said, "I came to look for the Moonlight Herb. I want to save my mate. We met at a party, and she..." He told me the history between him and his mate. That history was real, but it had already been stolen away by Jenna.

With me finally finding my mate I understand why she did what she did, so I didn't force her to leave. "Does she know she's your mate? Why would she be out with another guy? Say the word and I'll kill the bastard." His mate nodded in agreement. Both of their wolves were extremely protective over me and their future Luna, despite them having not met her yet. "There's something else," I said gaining him and his mate full attention. "What?" He asked. "She's human." While his mate was quite shocked by the revelation he, on the other hand, was angrier than surprise.

We underestimated them, and we acted recklessly, which caused the mission to fail and me to end up in the Lion Den, a free meal for him. Fuck !!!!! What am I going to do? My family must be worried about me, and I don't have my phone with me. He's claiming that I'm his beloved and best friend, and I'm now his. I know about the mate thing. The mate is destined by the moon goddess for the day you are born; it's a gift, a blessing from the moon goddess. A mate is a soulmate forever. Mates share a mate bond; they feel it when they see each other for the first time, but I can't feel it because I'm human.
