Novel & Cerita Hobgoblin Folklore

Then there were the two goblins and a bodach, sitting at the table nearby. A bodach is a nasty male fairy whose pastimes include stealing human children. This particular one was old-man-thin with sagging, jaundiced skin and bulging, cloudy, blue eyes. Eyes which he set on us with shocked glee. Conri started to growl and stepped forward while Tiernan pulled his sword, but I went between them, held up a hand, and blew harshly across my fingertips.

My long, black fingernails clicked rhythmically against the armrest of my chair. "Are you absolutely sure of this?" I asked, my voice low and dangerous. "Y-yes, Master," he rasped. Krug is a goblin, a hideous creature who escaped the pits of Hell just like I did. He was everything unholy, a monster that didn't belong in the world of men. He had served me for a thousand years, his only loyalty fueled by fear and his own disgusting desires.

I was not so silent following in his shadow, my shoes slipping in the mud and my cloak catching on twigs. “There were servants, but…” He shook his head. “They either don’t last long, or they’re not very friendly. There were some brethren in the forest, but they’re not same as around the castle here. They’re wilder, less trusting of humans. There was a hobgoblin that I was trying to win over. I’d bring him cakes from the village. They like honey…” He smiled slightly at a memory.

When they passed next to a forest, Rhobart suddenly said, “I just remembered a shortcut to the Hammer Clan. By late afternoon tomorrow, we will be reunited with the others.” “You do know shortcuts are often dangerous,” Ayla commented. “Not as dangerous as your tea.” Ayla glared at him, and he cleared his throat. “See those mountains?” he asked while pointing at the horizon. “There is a path between them. Normally it is not dangerous, but sometimes goblins will try to attack travelers who are foolish enough to get close to their cave.” Goblins were small humanoid creatures with green, leathery skin that offered some protection against the weather and weapons. They were very agile and preferre

It was a rocky location, with purple crystals sparsely embodied in the terrain. 'They should be Fog goblin and those crystals enhance their innate ability to create illusions. Otherwise, it would have been impossible for me to get affected by simple rank 3 magical beasts.' After she had seen their aspect and the environment they were in, Sara guessed which kind of magical beasts they were facing. The Fog goblins were humanoid magical beasts. Their intelligence was high, almost on par with the human's one, and they mostly targeted intelligent beings as their prey. They covered an environment with fog that they naturally secreted which was used to confuse their victims.

I immediately went behind him that he never notice even my single step and when he was about to enter I grab him hard and slam him on the ground. The Goblins are one of our enemies same as the werewolfs. For us, they will ruined the Enlaja we hardly build that is why we are forbidden to be their friends even just acquiantances. When we saw someone sneaking outside the kingdom, we immediately kill them before they will killed us. My parents had been killed by Goblins and some of our fellow fairies were killed by werewolfs.

Alec's POV When Leo called me to inform me that Bella was never in the facility, I was surprised. I believed every single Mixed-blood who was despised or abandoned in Doomfield, were recruited into the facility I built three years ago. Mixed-bloods are supernatural beings who were often stigmatized. They are born with gifts which could be seen as blessings or curse. in most cases, they were seen as a curse to both the human and supernatural world. There were mixed-bloods in Bloodbrigg too but not as dominant a they are here in Doomfield.

The witches pitched battle against the hungry hordes, and the goblins’ threats were meaningless against the ageless witches’ wiles. As for Millie, she remained clueless in her hide, and Becky was determined not to indulge her younger sister's active fantasizing brain as she was mortally frightened of goblins, ghouls, zombies, succubus, and other such-like creatures. The next visitors to their corridor were hooded and caped figures carrying red candles in a funeral procession. Their destination was the large storage across from theirs, where they observed a ritual stacking of the coffins.

My heart is furiously beating as I type the word nonhuman. Many articles pop up so I just click on the first one. There are so many definitions. Sirens, witches, vampires , demons and yes, Angels are there too. Apparently the term is used to describe people who are not exactly humans, people with unusual gifts or powers. The following article says nonhumans are just a myth and that no such thing exists. One says they were real during the eighteenth century but we're destroyed and are now extinct. I keep on reading and even click on the images. The images are a bit scary and definitely not human. The thought that I could be one of those things is more than scary.

“That choice lies with your ruler. I was taking the blade back to him – to all of you – so that it may be placed with Volnar Nev’s remains as is your custom.” The bull-like head leaned closer, looming over Andric ominously. “You know much about our culture, Grenyaar. Again I ask, why do you seek us out?” “An alliance, as I said. It may not be apparent in your lands as yet, but war is coming. The Goblins have organized and have been raiding villages in our land. We believe there is Dark Magic behind it, for they have allied themselves with magic users not of the Na’Himara. In time it is likely that they will seek to augment their forces with other races, those who are actively hostile to the
