So while she waited for her energy to recover, Hana planned to take a walk around the cellar for a while to see if she found anything new. Under the floor were sprawled corpses of insects. Suddenly the sound of something cracking in her ears rang, and Hana bent down to light her feet. She reached for the bone that had just been trampled in half by herself, watched for a moment, and then dropped it. It was a decomposed human skeleton, Hana raised Worn to get a better view, and the sight before her made her cringe. Human skeletons of all sizes and sizes were piled up everywhere. Up there, where the light hadn't yet reached, Hana could still dimly see the white glow of her bones.

No one will be able to see you, not even the witch," the first skeleton explained.

A month after my remains were discarded, an old woman found my bones. When the police rushed to the scene, they were shocked by what they saw. The forensic expert, Dr. John had a grim expression as he examined the scene. Then, he said solemnly, "The victim appears to be a female between the ages of 15 and 20. She seemed to have died about a month ago. "The bones here are from the skull and legs, so this might be one of the several crime scenes. The bones have been subjected to intense trauma, and the whitened bones were not naturally decomposed. Rather, the killer likely used a small knife to strip the flesh.

Roy unleashed his Domain, the Heavenly Thunder Domain, again. Thunderous noises could be heard. A giant upper body appeared on top of Tay. It was a skeleton with a skull that was several meters wide in radius. The upper body was over ten meters wide, and there was a huge sword on the left arm. The skeleton was ignited in spiritual flames and was covered in runes. Benedict was levitating on top of the skeleton. He looked at Wilbur coldly. A threatening spiritual pressure exuded from the skeleton. It rose to the sky and enveloped the mountaintop. It was frightening to the people.

Kael and Mara screamed as their skin split open, slow and brutal. They hit the floor, begging. "Yaya, we're sorry! We didn't mean it! Please—let us go!" I didn't blink. "The players you killed—did they beg too? Did you let them go?" Before I could move, the silver cross shot forward on its own. It didn't even touch them. Their fear meters spiked to 100. And then—screams, bodies bursting apart, souls shredded to nothing. No blood. No trace. Just silence.

They looked more like spirits that had crawled from the graves outside than like human beings. Sophia gasped, feeling a scream pierce her throat, but she didn't flinch. Her axe slashed violently through the darkness, striking Dima in the skull. At the same moment, Amal, trembling with terror, stabbed Malik in the head with her blade. The clang of steel against bone echoed through the room, a deafening crash of thunder. Their bodies shattered, but before the women's wide eyes, the corpses seemed to vanish into thin air, as if they had never existed.

"What are you?" Belinda and Martina exchanged a wary glance. "Don't ask questions," the skeleton snapped, its voice rising in anger. "You know about our powers?" The sisters hesitated, sensing the danger emanating from the skeleton. "Don't ask questions," it repeated, its voice dripping with menace. In the darkness, my foot struck something, and I nearly tumbled down the stairs. "What's that?" I caught myself as a heavy reek of blood filled my nose. I pulled out my phone to light the way. One glance and my blood ran cold. It was the fake officer's body. He was dead. My stomach lurched, and I retched. His eyes were wide, and he was slumped against the wall, utterly still. Blood covered him, especially across the chest, and his clothes were almost black. I must've stepped on his outstretched foot and nearly fallen. I fought down a wave of nausea, lifted my phone for light, and stepped closer to see how he'd died.

Under the blazing sun, the party walked for an entire half hour before arriving at the village square. "Is this a stone altar?" "Aren't altars par for the course when it comes to myths about the sea? What's there to be surprised about?" The party discussed amongst themselves carefully, before Afro exclaimed, "Wait, that altar isn't made of stones, it's made of human skulls! Wasn't this supposed to just be an A-ranked dungeon? How did so many people die here?" At the center of the square stood a massive watchtower built entirely from human bones.
