THE LIE
The wooden door crashed to the floor with a loud thud, shaking the ground, as a cloud of dust filled the room.

His eyes gleamed like molten steel, and they could all swear they saw a flicker of fire within his eyes balls.
He took slow, deliberate steps forward, each one echoing ominously. Time seemed to freeze; even the birds in the trees ceased their chirping.
His lips curled into a dark, menacing grin.
He looked like a dèmon from the depths of hell.
