Authors note This is book 1, there are another 2 parts. You don't have to read the other 2 books should you chose not to. Also I am still in the process of writing the chapters and I would like to know for those that do wish to read the next part, how would you prefer me to upload the chapters, one by one or all at once.

There were at least ten vampires around us and probably more on their way, but I doubted they would reach more than twenty. Recruiting any more mercenaries would be considered building an army, and our spies would’ve caught on to such unrest. Moreover, the vampire population doesn’t have that many mercenaries to spare.

The lengths that we would go for each other had been set in stone. I was sure now, that regardless of anything that could or would happen in the future, I would always have her by my side. That series is intended to have four books, one for each dragon. I'm still trying to figure out a posting schedule with the two books. Richie's story is written in my head and is ready to be put to paper, but The Arena is my husband's favorite. Writing 17-20 chapters a week is tough, but mostly manageable. So I may divide the number of chapters each book gets each week, rather than focusing on one while the other finishes. That would mean one possibly two chapters a day for both books, rather than two chapters a day for one and three chapters a week for the other. I'd love your input and what your preference is.

It certainly helped me, even as I wrote it. That said, I want to talk briefly about the future of Ravens of Eternity. Although the web novel itself is done, it doesn’t mean that the story itself is over. Far from it. I will be spending some time editing and refining what I’ve written here, and will do my best to package it up as a series of light novels. I plan on making a five-volume set and selling them online. Probably on Kindle or wherever it can go. Maybe Yen Press? I dunno. Send me your recommendations.

Caleb entered, followed by the group, and soon they were all descending, lower and lower beneath the cloisters. They entered a huge, subterranean chamber, hundreds of feet long, wide and high. Unlike other times he had been here, the room was completely filled with the vampires of his coven. Caleb had never seen it so crowded. Usually, there were but a few dozen vampires lounging about. Now there seemed to be at least 1000 of his coven members, vampires he hadn’t seen in centuries, all filling the room, pacing and agitated, talking to each other in harsh tones.

Quick note: While the ending of this chapter might seem like the ending of a story, it's not, there is still much more to come. For those who followed the original books know this was just the ending to book 2.
