Badblood

Badblood

She was pinned to the ground. Serra slashed her sword on the grasses, cutting some of it, but more and more keeps growing, replacing the others. She could hear the wolf in the distance, sounding amused at its trapped prey. She slashed again and again, cutting the grasses, sending pieces of leaves and stems into the air like she's cutting a hair.

The Feral Alpha’s Rejected Luna

The Feral Alpha’s Rejected Luna

I watch, breathless, thinking it will disappear — but instead, the condensed currents split, sliding smoothly along both sides of his throat, brushing the skin with the gentlest, most deliberate, and menacing caress, before they meet again behind his neck. There, in a heartbeat, the wind snaps back into form, reforming into a razor-fine blade. And then — faster than the eye can track — it whips across the room. CLANG. The windblade slices straight through a steel art sculpture standing by the far wall — a polished metal spiral about thirty centimeters wide — and cuts it clean in half. The halves clatter apart with a ringing sound, the edges gleaming sharp and fresh. The blade itself dissipat

Steamy Fairytales Collection: An 18+ Dark Fairytales Series

There was the buzzing of crickets and other night insects and the steady and calm flow of the stream. “Watch this,” he said and dug into his pockets. I looked at him puzzled, wondering what he was fishing for. He pulled out a small wooden pipe that looked like a whistle and blew at it. A high-pitched quiet sound rang out and almost immediately the leaves around us began to ruffle lightly. I gasped and held on to his hand trying to figure out what was happening.

He commented. I opened my mouth and closed it again. “Actually, that’s...the accident.” I smiled sheepishly at him. Ren sighed. “Well. At least you’re...alright I guess. So how does this sword to whip thing work?” “Good question. First of all, you do this. And then you do that. Then move like this and that. And then you raise it and do this.” I made some weird hand gestured with my arms and hand.

What days do you update? I'm starting your last book available to hold me over till the next update. Also I hope you make her alittle more mature over the next few chapters when it comes to the princes at her age she could be using flirting to get away with things instead of acting like she's a kid

Overall, very good story line. I feel some of the characters have developed more than others throughout the storyline but I really enjoy the book. It’s a fun roller coaster. Would definitely read this book again. Can’t wait for the ending. 💛

Fake Vow, True Luna

Fake Vow, True Luna

“There’s nothing out there.” The wind picked up a bit, causing the leaves and the blossoms on the trees to bristle in the chilly night air. I froze for a second, fear gripping me, before I got ahold of myself again and continued to walk. As I walked, I started whistling a soft tune to myself to ease my nerves. It was a sweet tune that rang out through the night, and the longer I went, the more confident I felt. The wind picked up a little more, causing the trees to sway and rub up against each other. Their rough bark created a horrible groaning sound in the air, but I ignored it as best I could and whistled a little bit louder, picking up my pace as I went.

THE ARCHIVISTS PAWN: REBIRTH OF THE BURIED QUEEN

THE ARCHIVISTS PAWN: REBIRTH OF THE BURIED QUEEN

into a box like the Correspondent, a permanent footnote in a story I didn't get to finish. "Cian! The brackets!" Kaelen’s voice was a roar, but it sounded thin against the whistling of the falling ink. I didn't reach for my sword. I reached for my breath. I brought the brass whistle, The King’s Shadow, to my lips and blew a note that didn't sound like music. It sounded like a Click. I didn't just summon a wall. I imagined a Set of Parentheses, so large they curved around the entire village square.

Freya And The Lycan King

She grimaced as she took us in. We walked back into the field. With my hands I brushed my hair back removing it from my line of vision. We heard a whistle in unison and I turned to look around to find out what it was for. At last minute, I heard Artemis growl by my side pulling me close and all the whistle silenced.

Just like going to the gym and seeing your gains. Next, she turned her attention to air control. With a deep breath, she summoned the wind, feeling it whip around her body. She practiced creating gusts strong enough to lift leaves and twigs from the ground, shaping the air into spirals and currents. The more she trained, the more she realized that she could not only control the wind but also communicate with it, feeling its whispers and understanding its language. It was as if the air itself was encouraging her, urging her to go further.

My Twin Alpha Stepbrother Mates

My Twin Alpha Stepbrother Mates

“No, but she left me a whistle. When I blow it, she’ll know I’m calling her and will come back as soon as possible.” I touched the golden whistle around my neck. Liam and Leander were observing the little object, and I looked down at it with them. Was it my illusion? The whistle seemed to have dimmed a bit. I tried blowing it, under their intense gaze. Nothing happened. I blinked, trying to explain. “Hmm, I’m sure Sibyl got my message.” “Probably,” Leander shrugged, “Maybe it’s just magic.” He fiddled with the whistle briefly. At that moment, Liam’s phone rang on the table.

Trapped: Into the Unknown

They really need medical attention. I whistled like I always do to sek for an opening, and gotcha! I sliced my swords to the part where I knew he was and I smiled when I heard a groan. But I know that it won't stop him, he keeps on using his ability and he keeps on pointing his dagger. I just noticed the way he holds his weapon, he really wants to stab me with that huh? I got no cuts because he was not slashing his dagger. Hence, he was aiming for my vital part, he wanted to stab me.
