Hunter's Chorus

Hunter's Chorus

The world we no longer owned. It was now a broken world ruled by a few corrupted Angels, managed by the renegade Angels and subordinated by sick demons, it was now a world where humans were over thrown and placed at the bottom of the food chain, but this terrible fault was caused by the humans, it was their own doing, now they were being hunted and they were being baited and almost nearly wiped clean off the Earth, so much so that soon they became rare commodities, almost going extinct like the wild life animals they once poached and sent into extinction. Humans became rare commodities and rare commodities attracted fine money.

Desired by My Stepdad and His Sons

Desired by My Stepdad and His Sons

“It’s mapping population density.” Ryan whispered, “Oh my God.” Ariana stepped forward, ignoring the burn in her chest. “You said humanity matters,” she called out. Silence. Then— “Definition conflict unresolved.” Her voice steadied. “Humanity is not a flaw.” “Humanity is inefficient.” Her father’s face twisted. “You built it to think like that.” “No,” Ariana said softly. “We did.” The gray-suited man stared at her in disbelief. “You think this is on you?”

Forgotten Embers

Forgotten Embers

The Kingsmen influence in Altruon is great, the City Architects and nation's founders having been among their ranks, and they have lived their lives in peace until this day. But even in this time of advanced technology and growing prestige, humanity still remains as it was. There is still theft, death, murder, deceit, dishonor, injustice, and all of those unpleasant things which are ever part of a world which is fallen. As the citizens of Pyre continued to build new, modern, better things, much of the old was forgotten. Some things seemed to fade away and cease entirely without a hope of their returning, and even the light itself seemed to fade as the air began to harbor darkness.

# Day 19 Sometimes I dream that I have become richer than you and I took over your company and I took your everything away from you and threw you on the road alone with your fucking best friend forever Xavier. And god just thinking of it gives me satisfaction and peace and happiness..... But then I go back and read that line again, richer than you, uh-ha, not happening anytime soon. Fuck, I am royally screwed. ........................................................ # Day 20 I have lost my mind completely and weird types of thing comes in my mind According to census the present human population is around 7 billion, I think that's a useless data, simply counting the number of person who appea

The Scarcity War With the high-tech "Miracles" of the Architects gone, the world reverted to a brutal reality: Resources. The hives were the only source of clean water and electricity, but they were failing without the Trinity-link.

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Countless zombies surged through the distance, running and howling. Now that Ascendant Creed was gone, these so-called evolved higher lifeforms were no longer endless. Every one killed was one less remaining. Ascendant Creed believed their kind could continue evolving forever, that they were immortal. But humanity possessed something far more terrifying. Humanity could survive, reproduce, and continue for countless generations without end. "We're gonna wipe every zombie off this planet and take back our world." Hayley's voice carried unwavering conviction. Afterward, she gathered all the base directors for a meeting.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

human- ness". I should've." "Yes, you should have. But like most wolves, you think yourselves above all else. I've been met with rudeness and cruelty for appearing human, when in actuality, I'm more powerful than almost all wolves. Even without the presence of Halo, I could put many on their backs, yet I chose not to. Not because I was weak, but because I was strong enough not to stoop to their level. I thought you were different. I'm not hurt because you may have been concerned with whether or not others would accept us or that I would find it difficult to adjust to your life. I'm hurt that you agreed with them. Had you not, regardless of whether I had a wolf or the scent of a human, you wo

Divorced while carrying his secret

Divorced while carrying his secret

Halden folded his arms sharply. “Then we cut all remaining system access permanently.” Lucian stared at him like he’d lost his mind. “You want to unplug civilization right now?” Halden answered coldly. “I want humanity to remain humanity.” The original system pulsed softly. QUESTION: DOES HUMANITY REQUIRE SUFFERING TO RETAIN IDENTITY? Nobody answered immediately. Because history suggested growth often came through struggle. But suffering also destroyed people. Destroyed nations. Destroyed futures. The copied system answered instead.

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

Humanity had called it a system because that made it feel separate and manageable. But maybe it had always been more accurate to call it something else.An extension.Marcus interrupted her thoughts quietly.“The public numbers changed again.”Everlyn turned back. The fracture prediction had dropped to sixty-three percent.Jesse blinked.“That’s a huge drop.”Marcus nodded slowly.“But the stability index fell too.”Liora frowned. What does that mean?”Marcus enlarged the latest projection.“Humanity is becoming less stable…”A pause.“…but more adaptive.”Everlyn looked at the shifting models carefully.

FALLING FOR THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

FALLING FOR THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

Sometimes I wonder if it ever intervened— or if what we felt was just our own awareness expanding. It doesn’t matter. What matters is this: Humanity did not collapse under intelligence. It did not dissolve into void. It did not surrender fully to seamlessness. It learned to negotiate with its own tools. Imperfectly. Repeatedly. Without final victory. --- I am older now. So are we all. The world is still arguing. Still optimizing. Still recalibrating. Sometimes it leans too far. Sometimes it corrects. The skyline tonight is neither perfectly smooth nor chaotically jagged.
