Hunter's disappearance had affected all of us. Even the babies seemed quieter. Xander floated near the ceiling, occasionally opening tiny portals that never led anywhere useful. He still looked disappointed every time Hunter failed to appear. I looked toward Chaos. "There has to be another way." Chaos stopped pacing. "There is." Everyone looked at him. He held out one hand. I could sense the tension in the room, but Hunter appeared calm and composed. Hunter is a very handsome man with a tall and masculine build, blue eyes, and jet-black hair. He is a piece of art in himself, and I don't blame the girls who find him attractive enough to fight over him. But despite his good looks, Hunter is a very loyal and trustworthy person. He has always believed in the mate bond and is always against male wolves who mess around in our pack. So, I don't believe he could mess around with Melissa.

The huntsman gave a painful scream. The dark forest reacted violently, trees trembling, roots twisting and the ground beneath their feet cracking. Aria noticed something else in the flash of light. There was a symbol burned into the creature’s chest. The council’s symbol. Her eyes widened in shock. “You’re not a monster.” She whispered. “You’re one of them.” The huntsman grinned through the pain. “We are what your precious council elders made us.” Dax rose behind it, anger in his eyes. “And you will die because of it.”

Hunter was clearly not trying to smirk on camera but he couldn't help his ego. A photographer went closer to him to adjust his stance and lower the waist band of the sweatpants to go almost dangerously low. Then the tattoo came into full view. It was a wolf, scratch that.. a cub that looked like it was trying to howl. The cub was actually looked like it was standing on water but the wolf's body was literally on fire. I just noticed the tiny and faint flames that surrounded the little creatures body and for some reason I felt sad. For the wolf though.

He leads the way up the stairs to the room we were just in with the dead werewolf. He grabbed his notepad from his desk and flickered through the pages when he stops and shows us his drawing. It was a circle with 5 spikes making it look like a star. It kind of looks like a star with a moon inside. It is hard to describe. I don't really know what to make of it. His eyes widened when he caught sight of a particular symbol–the mark was that od every special warrior in the Diamond Shadow pack. It was a faint werewolf eye with diamond for its iris. "What is it?" Alex inquired "It's a symbol. It's given to every special warrior of the Diamond Shadow pack alongside the pack symbol. It's here on his back," Caine explained.

I wasn't sorry, but I couldn't afford to tick Richard off. "No… Hunter. He's here." Ice shot straight to my veins. I turned my head so fast it was like I had whiplash. Of course.
