I threw it away from us and started to hit him. “YOU PROMISED!,” I screamed. He covered his face with his arms as I landed blow after blow on him. “I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!,” I repeated. He reached for me and I shoved his hands away as I sobbed. A thud had me getting up off of him and running towards it. I stopped a few yards away from him and turned in a circle. Where was he? “CARSON!,” I yelled. ‘Stop. Think. If you were running from hunters, where would you go?”

Teddy replied, his eyes meeting mine with relief and gratitude. Phin handed Teddy his ball cap. I thought he'd lost it when he fell into the alligator-infested waters, but I was wrong. Teddy looked at it for a second before placing it on my head. The sweaty, smelly thing felt odd on me. I laughed, pulling it on properly. "If I'm going to wear your hat, you're going to have to find one that's a little cleaner than this." He laughed at me. "Oh, I have a going-to-town hat. I just hardly ever go to town."

Which reminded her of someone. “This strange clothing is making me itch,” then started scratching behind his ear. “Mom, can I just wear my hair down? And this…” he even held his wide lapel. “Makes me look like wearing a pair of rabbit’s ears, can I just wear my common clothing?” “T’will thus fine, but you will not participate in the hunt next season,” Contemplated, he was taking it very deeply then sighed. “Fine! I will endure wearing this but I have the biggest share of our main course meal,” then he went out, dashing. “What are we waiting for? Let us go and eat, I am gravely starving!”

I make something up, hoping she’s not busy. “Oh okay, that works then” She nods, causing the weight to be lifted off my shoulder. I quickly picked out some clothes, settling on my UCLA football hoodie, a pair of light-washed jeans, and white basketball sneakers. “Put a hat on” Kisses pipes in, smiling softly. “You and your hat fascination. Which one?” I smile, holding up a white one and a yellow one. She blushes, pointing at the yellow one. I quickly fix my hair so the hat fits on my head perfectly.

“Why does yours have a crown on it?” Ramsay shrugged and leaned back onto his elbow normally. “You’ve seen the beanie I wear.” “Oh. They made like a different one for you cause you never take it off?” the blonde questioned, a small smile on her face. Even now, in the heat, under the shining sun, he was wearing that gray hat. It was old and knitted, and she could clearly see it had been stretched a lot. “Yeah.” #

“Gwenchana. I was in so much hurry to get here I forgot to bring a spare.” Shadow puts the wave cap back on. The motion looks as dainty as a swimmer putting on a swimming cap, but once he has pulled it down his gorgeous head of dreads, it looks like a badass bandanna. A helmet it isn’t. “That’s not going to work,” Nate whines. "Who’s going to notice, huh? Where are all the policemen? Just drive slow, and as soon as we get to civilization, I’ll buy all the helmets you want.”

He sounded like a kid waiting for his mother to finish her grocery shopping so that they could finally eat. "Let's go then," I headed towards the basket of hard hats again and placed out my hand in front of him. He smiled when he realized he could finally take off his hat. He gave his hat to me, and I placed it inside the basket. He ran his hand through his hair, fixing it a little. "How about yours?" he asked when he noticed I had not taken out mine. "This is mine, why would I use a random hat that is stinky?" I smirked and he seemed to give me a look of betrayal.

Thank God for his hoodie. He donned it on his head shuffling to the side of the school building. The shrill ring of the school bell pierced the silence in Hunter's head. He tried to spot his friends from the stampede of students, herding out the entrance of the school. He spots Josh, wearing headphones on his ears, probably playing some pop music or classical music. He tried telling his name but he doesn't quite hear him. He even tried catcalling, earning some uninterested glances towards himself.

“I got it on a whim. I saw it at a market I walked through and thought—well, just look at it and you’ll know.” He takes the shopping bag from me and opens it up, pulling out a wool fedora. Looking it over, I worry he won’t get it. “Is this an Indiana Jones hat?” he asks. “Yes!” “I like it.” He smiles and puts it on, and even Harrison Ford would be jealous. “But, uh, why?” I lean back, staring at Archer like he just asked what color the sky is. “You’re Dr. Jones. Please do not tell me no one has ever said ‘okey-dokey Dr. Jones’ to you.”
