Hurting For A Very Hurtful Pain Novels & Stories

James Pain. Tearing, torturous, stabbing waves of pain. I couldn’t breathe. A black, heavy darkness settled in my chest. Wave after wave, pain consumed me—not shattering me all at once, which might have been merciful, but torturing me slowly. It was like a shard of glass had pierced my heart and lodged there. With every beat, every breath, it scraped and tore, and I could do nothing to ease it. The pain wasn’t just physical—it was draining my energy, my joy, my hope. My very life force leaked out with it. I was going numb, empty, hour by hour. Sleep and food became meaningless. Even training and work couldn’t distract me. Nothing did.

I feel like dying, I want to die. Everything hurts so much, lies, things that I’ve done. It all hurts. I should have known it was all going to come back one by one. I found a small coping mechanism though. Every time it hurts this bad, I concentrate it all by pinching my skin, I think I got a bit carried away. It’s just that I can’t think straight when the pain starts. My entire legs and part of my arm the sleeve covers, they are all bruised. My body stings when I take baths. It doesn’t hurt as much.

I wanted to scream and shout and do the pain dance so bad but I literally couldn't. Don't act like you don't know the pain dance, where something hurts and you start to move around or just inflict pain on another part of your body so you can feel less pain on the original painful side because then you don't have to solely focus on it. Wait, you people don't do that? It's just me? I am one very weird person. God please help me.

Vincent was grasping at straws at that moment. The intense pain had caused him to forget all his earlier arrogance.

A cold-blooded killer. “I alrea…. AHHHHH F*CK!!!!!”. The balls are now starting to hit me in the already sore places, causing excruciating pain. Kind of like when you have an open wound or a broken bone, and someone decides to hit you with a sledgehammer on that exact spot again. “FLYNN, PLEASE!! I CAN’T TAK….”.

“You are mine and no one hurts you.” It took everything in me not cry and hug him tight or disappear inside him. I couldn’t believe he was giving me such beautiful words when he was hurt himself. “Do you have any idea how much fûcking difficult it was to wait for you to open your eyes so I could look into them and see your pain, look at every inch of your body to know where and how hurt you were, so I could feel you.” With those words, he slipped a long finger inside me. “You said that I am hurt, maybe I am because anything that causes you pain hurts me. Not being able to touch you hurts me.”

I returned to my human form, the burning sensation becoming unbearable; it felt like every part of my body was on fire. My heart hurts; everything hurts. I could hear the sound of my heartbeat begin to escalate and the feeling of fear sweep in. The pain grew more and more, with my heart aching even more. Up to the point that I thought it was being hit with something hard, and I wanted nothing more than to rip my own heart out just to stop the pain. This was something I couldn’t explain, something I had never felt before.

Connor’s POV It felt like it was slowly killing me daily, and the excruciating pain I was experiencing throughout my body was intolerable. I am at a loss for what to do at the moment because it makes me feel uncomfortable and causes me to suffer. I have been lying in bed and thought I was about to pass out. Why does it hurt so much?

There was just something about him that seemed to always draw my mind back before him. I was steadily still feeling the hurt inside of me like a burning tornado and there was nothing I could do about it. All of a sudden, a sharp pain renounced itself to my chest and I fell on my bed. Something inside me was hurting and burning up and there was nothing I could do about it. I was feeling every hurt from each angle. I closed my eyes and embraced the darkness, while also rolling on my bed.
