On the day the zombie outbreak occurs, I tell my boyfriend, Valerio Petrucci, to come over and hide in my apartment, where my front door is already reinforced. Soon, sounds of the door being knocked can be heard. I'm about to get up when transparent comment bubbles appear in front of my eyes. "Don't open the door! Everyone froze. One of the sick guys, slumped against the wall moments ago, now rose unsteadily to his feet. His eyes were clouded, his mouth twisting into an unnatural grimace. Before anyone could react, the second guy let out a blood-curdling scream and lunged at Charles, who had been standing nearby. “Holy shit!” Charles yelled, stumbling backward as the zombie clawed at him. The room exploded into chaos. --- Collins reacted first, tackling the first zombie to the ground. The infected thrashed wildly, its teeth snapping inches from his face. “Someone help me!” Collins roared.
