“I’d think you’d be begging for more.” When he threw his head back while laughing at his own sick humor, Edwin seized the moment and twisted from beneath him. Before the vampire could grasp what was happening, he grabbed his head with both hands and pulled with all his might. A loud popping sound pummeled his eardrums as the vampire’s body fell limp to the ground. Not wanting to take a chance on the vampire coming back to life, and remembering a scene from the Twilight saga, he tossed a lit match on the headless body. It immediately burst into flames.

When Nevi heard me stir, he put the papers he’d been reading down and came to my side. “How are you feeling?” he asked with genuine concern. “I…” My hand flew to the bandage on my throat as the memory of my nightmare encounter flooded back to me. “Oh my god! I was bitten by a crazy woman. I think she was a…a vampire!” I turned to Nevi and looked at him as if I was seeing him for the first time. “You…she said she was…she was…” “I know,” he said gently as he took my hand in his. Once again, I noted the coolness of his flesh.

The biggest embarrassment of my life. As I gently took possession of the book, I suddenly got the urge to tear it all apart. Maybe that'll fix my doubts about it and the bad energy I'm receiving from it. I opened it to a random page ready to just rip it off but before I could do that, a noise coming from my phone sounded. I fought the impulse to shriek like a scared little girl and back away from the zombie, surrounding it. I plunged through the waters, attempting to get back to the dock and the wharf where the rifle was. My speed accelerated as the water became steeper. As soon as I reached for the rifle, the rotten pulled my arm and tugged me away from the dock and back into the water. I fell hard on one elbow and scrambled furiously to the ground and back into the water on my knees and elbows. Of course, the rotten clutched my waist and carried me deeper in

Rowan nodded. “Indeed,” he said, “The werewolf and vampire are fierce enemies.” “And zombies?” Jasper asked. “What about them?” “The zombie is a curious anomaly,” Rowan began. “Unlike the vampire or werewolf, it is not a creation from another dimension come here. A zombie is the result of a virus that takes hold of a recently deceased corpse and causes just enough animation to allow it to function in the most primitive of ways.”

Her perky tits bounce slightly under her T-shirt, and I need to turn around and stop looking for my own good. “Want to play zombies after breakfast?” Jackson asks Scarlet. “Today’s Scarlet’s day off,” I remind him gently. “She’s here but not really here.” Jackson tips his head. “Huh?” Scarlet laughs. “It’s okay. I don’t really have any plans other than showering and reading a chapter or two from my book.” “Are there zombies in your book?” Jackson’s eyes widen. “Actually, yes.” Scarlet fills her plate and joins us at the table. “It’s a romance set in the zombie apocalypse. It’s really good.”

I felt the urge to live, the urge to survive to see my brother and every other people well again. I flung my eyes open as I scanned the whole area and the zombie was just some feets away from me. I did a Chinese-get up as I landed on my feet weakly. The being growled as he charged toward me and I dodge his incoming fist as I rolled back and then somersaulted to the front and landed a kick on his bald head. He let out a loud growl, more like a scream. He held his head as he staggered backward. "The head!!" I muttered weakly slowly remembering Mark's speech.

I was reborn and sent back to three weeks before the zombie virus outbreak. In my previous life, a zombie virus suddenly broke out in my city on Christmas Eve. The entire city collapsed within two days. I was an orphan. My parents had died in a car accident, and I used their compensation money to open a supermarket. Before the zombie virus spread completely, I built a makeshift shelter inside my supermarket. I took in Victoria Blake, a young woman I admired, out of kindness, but she ended up betraying me.

Before she realized what was happening, the zombie sank those newly formed fangs into Kendra’s forearm. Screaming from shock, fear, and pain, she struggled to free her arm. Taken by surprise, Rex wrestled for a few seconds to gather his wits. When he did, he wasted no time in leaping forward and driving his blade into the zombie’s temple. With its powerful fangs embedded into Kendra’s arm, when it slumped to the ground, the abomination took his wife down with it. “My arm,” Kendra wailed as she fell to her knees. “Those fangs are stuck in my arm.
