"Ofcourse it is but I would rather you discover that for yourself yeah," I nodded my head sipping my wine and as if on cue the waiter brought my spaghetti.

I knew I woke up in a strange place, but somehow, I knew I'd been here before. I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself as I stared up at the waterfall. Memories flooded back to me, and I realized that I had indeed been here before. But how? A waterfall like this didn't exist in my town, and I didn't remember my parents taking me on a vacation where I'd see it. Maybe I saw this in my past life? No, that couldn't be right because my previous life was the same as this life! I woke up on the same bed in my parents' house.

Monica's gone. "What did you do to her? Where'd she go?" "I sent her somewhere in this place full of sickness. She will be just fine," she told me before placing her two fingers on my forehead, and we were eaten by light. The next thing I knew, I was lying on the grass that tickled the bottom of my foot. "Welcome my world," Serena greeted while her eyes walked around us. "I've been here before," I said while looking around with a deep frown on my forehead. "At this exact spot. This is where your other life took me. But..."

Of course, I smirked at him. “Really?” He said and stood up. I laughed at him and started to walk towards the ice cream parlor. The sun is nothing for me now because I can surpass anything now because of embarrassment. *Cries inside* We head inside the parlor but it gives me a familiar feeling. “How nostalgic,” Oliver said behind me. Then I scan the whole place. Then it hit me. This is the Ice cream parlor where we ate before. The first time he also treated me. Yeah how can I forget about that time? It is still the same parlor but with different personnel.

“No. I will listen" She smiled “It’s been a long time since I’ve been in here. I always go around here when I was just a kid. It became so hobby. When I turn on my early years. Many things happen, which makes me a reason why I haven’t gotten in here. Just last time I walked passed by this direction, but still it wasn’t the same view that I had when I was just passing by. Do you think it is just normal to say that it wasn’t that place if it wasn’t that same scenery that I can see?”

My mark pulsed again. Stronger. The words escaped before I realized I was speaking. "I've been here before." Everything stopped. Matthew looked at me. Tyler slowly stood. Ezekiel searched my face for answers I didn't have. I stared back at the mural. Confused. Shaken. Because I knew... I had never been here. Yet somehow... Part of me remembered.

I'm worried it only happened around me but part of me thinks it was something else… Something I really didn't want to give much thought to. “I'm sorry.” I blew a breath. “I just feel weird about going to a new place. You know how that terrifies me.” She gave me a look. “You've been there before.” “Yeah, well, I was under duress and stuff,” I argued even though she made sense. “Yeah, whatever.” She twirled me around to the mirror.

I know what happens next. I've been here before. Not this exact moment — I would remember the floating god-dust, I think — but close enough. The exhaustion in my bones has a specific flavor, like recognition. Like something in me has stood at the end of everything so many times that the ending has started to feel familiar. Took you long enough. The voice comes from in front of me. I raise my eyes.

Still, something gnaws at my insides that I can't seem to shake off all through the drive. Those sly green eyes and that smile. Where have I seen them before?

I wondered if I should confront him about it but I can’t do that, not in his current state. Still, I found myself, slithering past as many obstacles on my way, following Hector as stealthily as I could until we reached a place that I had never seen before.
