I Want To Read Novel Novels & Stories

I don't have a single book with me but that doesn't bother me. I can sleep when I get to the library. I step into the library and immediately feel self-conscious. I can't sleep, not with everyone bending over a book as if they are trying to stop a nuclear war. I stand by the bookshelf, hardly seeing the book and debating going back home. Another Friday night spent alone doesn't excite me. “Having trouble picking what you want?” A voice drawls behind me. I startle and gasp as I turn back. Zane.

“Thank you, but it’s not because I’m worried that his cries will wake me up. I have something to do and I’m worried I might get distracted with the baby by my side.” Justin looked doubtful. “Are you heading out tonight?” “Justin, you might laugh at me when I tell you this, but I’m going to read a novel.” Justin was confused. “Read a novel?” Before she answered him, he flashed her a smile. “No problem, just go ahead. Why would I laugh at you? Isn’t it very normal? I read novels during my free time, too.” “I’m not reading the novel because I want to, but because there’s something I need to do, so…”

I busy myself by reading the latest, number one best-selling romance novel I downloaded from Amazon for the trip. I don't normally read for entertainment. I read for work, for research, or for news. I thought this would make for good vacation reading. It was overwhelming, trying to choose the perfect book. I was not looking for sappy fantasy relationships where the world seems perfect. I chose a rough guy, a spunky woman, and a relationship of opposites full of turmoil. I am five chapters in as we land in Kansas City.

She then opened her online novel app and checked the notification for the latest episode update of the ongoing novel she was following. Suddenly, Emily burst into laughter as she began to read the romantic comedy novel. Line by line, paragraph by paragraph, her beautiful eyes followed along. Reading romantic comedy novels was always a mood booster for Emily. Besides enjoying the fantasy, Emily also gleaned moral lessons from them. For her, reading was not just about entertainment but also about capturing the positive side, which was the main goal of every writer.

I nodded my head. “Omg! I love the book so much. It’s so unique and out of the world. Have you read this before?”. She continued with her excitement. “Nope! It’s my sixth time reading but I can’t get enough of it.” I responded now that I am more free with her. The truth is if you want to bring me out of my shell, use novels as your bait. My friends back in Australia used to tell me that I can be kidnapped by being lured by novels. I laughed at what they said although it’s very much possible.

“The novel’s title is Shocking Shocked, and it tells the story of a guy who was electrocuted after disclosing shocking news?” I bit the bottom of my lip. “Well... It’s one of my favorite novels.” She slapped herself across the forehead. “Dainty! We should not read novels like these. I assumed you were interested in romantic novels, so I let you read books, and then I’ll know that you’re reading about terror and murder novels?!” My mouth was closed. What can I do if I’m not a fan of romance novels? Horror, mystery, and psychological stories are my favorite, and not romance. When I read a romantic novel, my whole body convulses. They simply do not appeal to me.

Forbidden 24 I take my window seat in the back of the plane. Waiting for other passes to board the plane I turn on my aeroplane mood and open the new novel I started reading the novel I have always wanted to read but my whole life event has not allowed me to even start the first page. When I checked online I was advised to see a therapist but I am not interested in talking to someone I do not even know.

The thing is that she knows this name very well because this name belongs to one of the cannon fodder in a novel. Melissa prefers reading classics to other genres. She only read the novel because her otaku sister forced her to read it on the basis of bonding with another half of their culture. Just by looking at the novel’s title, Melissa returned the book back to her sister with a solemn face. Praying for her non-existent Intelligence. Who knew her sister would hound her every day to read this retarded novel because she wants her to draw a doujinshi.
