Lex said with a chuckle. "Besides, I think a big bear could break your ice within minutes," he added with a smirk. "My ice isn't breakable," I retorted, rolling my eyes. "Whatever you say, Destiny," Lex said with a laugh. But before I could respond, a huge, ugly bear appeared from behind a tree. "Huh... Destiny, did you remember when I said your ice wasn't strong enough? Well, I take it back. Please use it!" Lex pleaded. "Why?" I asked, laughing.

That leftover bastard of a survivor from the Forgotten Valley sure was evil, waiting patiently to strike at the right time. Ether's expression was positively murderous as he howled loudly, "Ambrose, are you trying to take out the Soaring Eagle Fort? I'm afraid it'll take a lot more than just you! Take this!" As the words rang through the air, the black bear released a howl as it rushed toward Ambrose. It lifted a gigantic paw, clawing harshly against the top of Ambrose's head. As I land on all fours I stretch out and shake my fur to get the rest of the skin and blood off. My bear's name is Yona. It's Cherokee for bear. Our mate stood there smiling like a lunatic. "Holy crap. This is amazing. You are so furry." She walked up and started running her hands through our dark brown fur. She didn’t even mind getting a bit of blood on her hands. It was mostly off but there was always a bit left. Humans were usually terrified of Yona. He has a huge scar on his right eyelid. Another scar on his side and a huge scar down the left side of his ribs. All from war. All from trying to defend his people and the people who stood up for him.

An image of large trucks carrying logs ala Final Destination style popped into my mind. My curiosity got the better of me so I searched where that sound came from. Somebody might be injured and needed help. I just can't walk away from that like I didn't notice anything. I ran towards the direction where the sound of explosion came from. Just a few blocks away from me, I saw some weird vehicle-like object emitting a blue light. As I approached closer, I realized it was cube-shaped and covered in strange drawings all around. The carvings were glowing in blue. The thing was jet-black and looked metallic.

"Voila! This is it. Through here, we can enter. Here, swallow these all of you. It will help you maintain all your powers as well as shield you from the cold temperature inside." The big white bear handed us what looked like just ice cubes. We swallowed and felt a certain peace and tranquility envelope us. Wow. The bear indeed has a few tricks up his sleeves. He then knocked three times again and uttered some gibberish even I could not understand. There was a slight tremor and the big ice blocks opened. Immediately, after we all entered, the blocks closed again.
