You can still make one more, right?" This time, I was utterly infuriated. I flung his hand away. "You know that if I make one more wish, I'll die," I said solemnly. A wish granter's power was not unlimited. In one lifetime, the most one could make was 100 wishes. Upon making the 101st wish, their body would rot and collapse, leading to a swift death.
