I nearly stumble. I disinfect her wounds, and her voice is soft, low, only meant for my ears, “Give them time.” Even with all the time in the world, I will never be able to forget this. “I got some fish,” I mutter, trying to distract myself. “I don’t know how to scale it.” “I’ll help you,” Kathleen murmurs, watching me. “Taylor, are you okay?” No. I just shrug. I feel like an outsider, like I’m not wanted.

There was no reason to keep them now. Wheeling my suitcase toward the guest room, I passed by the dining area, noticing Wayne painstakingly peeling shrimp for Naomi. I turned my gaze away and continued walking. "Wait!" he called out suddenly. I turned to look at him curiously. "Join us," he said, his voice holding an unfamiliar hesitation. I stared at him in disbelief, then rejected him outright. Wayne clearly hadn't expected me to refuse. His expression darkened with frustration as he retorted, "Suit yourself."

What kind of shity wish is that. "You are still there right?" She snickers. "Or do you want to go back on your words?" "Just shut the trash butthole. I will do it." Its not like it's really going to come true. If only wishes where horses. I drop my phone on the table next to me. closing my eyes then take deeo a breath. I wish that my Mr right will be the first guy I set my eyes on tomorrow. Staying still for some seconds like a magic wand will pop out from thin air and my prince will appear right in front of me, I pry my eyes open, picking my phone up.

I asked Nate as he wrapped an arm around me, pulling me closer to his side. "I don't know for sure but there's this saying that this fountain doesn't just grant every Tom, Dick and Harry, whatever they wish for, but it only grants the wishes of those who wish truly from the heart." Nate explained and then pointed to the water in the fountain. "See those coins that are floating on the water? Those are the ones who's wishes will never come true, but you see the ones at the bottom, they are fewer in number but those are the wishes that will or already have come true. That's why they are never removed from the bottom, even during cleaning."

" Five or six suitcases sat open in front of her, and she looked determined not to leave until they were filled to the brim. Marcus' patience wore thin, and he frowned. "Lexi, you don't need all these diamonds, pearls, and fancy dresses for a trip. All of this will only weigh you down." Alexia blinked, puzzled. "But all these things are important to me! I want to take amazing photos that will make everyone envious. I can't leave anything behind." Wesley yawned and finally said, "Marcus is right. Just take what you like and leave the rest. They aren't going anywhere."

“Tell me what’s going through your head.” Vesper poked at her eggs, her cheeks burning. “I keep thinking about last night. How hard I cried when you were flogging me… and how badly I wanted you to keep going even when it hurt. I’ve spent my whole life being careful. Being the good, polite, invisible girl. Still, he didn't think this was what Zachary was truly after all along.

Maybe they'll also have a beautiful end after all this suffering. "Make a wish." He said suddenly. She looked astonished at his sudden suggestion. "What?" She scoffed and gave him a weird look. "Make a wish." He repeated as he nodded, sounding pretty serious. "...ok..." She said and found his request a little weird. They both closed their eyes and made a wish. She bit her lower lip and clenched her fists. "I wish to die." She wished, a torturous expression on her face, as she couldn't bear the pain anymore. His consoling made her feel better but she didn't have any reason to live on.

We watch as Miss Baker turns around and walks to her desk. “So – so what are we looking for?” I question him. He has to tell me now so that I could help him look for it. “Okay so the myth we are looking for is most often called The moonlight wish” he says , already digging into shelves. “The moonlight wish?” I say to myself softly while placing my bag on the ground so I can start looking through the shelves content too. “Yeah , I will explain it to in greater detail when we find something about it – mainly it’s back story” he looks to me with a serious face. I am actually quite excited to learn about it , he is keeping me in suspense and it is stirring up my curiosity.

I was startled and I looked back at them, "What's it?" "You haven't made a wish, you have to make a wish before you cut the cake, don't tell us you have forgotten," one of the elders said. I shook my head and closed my eyes, "I wish to have Sophia and my son beside me very soon. I wish that we all live in peace and love in this pack. I wish every wolf in this pack lives to see his or her dream fulfilled."
