Image Reading Book Novels & Stories

or someone? I walk to the desk. It’s painted light blue, with flowers carved into the edges. A bookshelf above holds a small collection of picture books Ruth says I love. But when I take one down, feel the shiny new cardboard cover, turn the pages, it feels alien to me. There’s not a single word on the pages, just pictures of animals, of trees and flowers. Why would I love a book I cannot read? I turn toward the door, and Ruth pops back in. “Oh, you’ve finished your breakfast. Lovely. Would you like anything else?”

Alpha Angelo sighed exasperatedly, then pulled out the book. He walked to the chair and made himself comfortable. ‘It's time that I read all the consequences and be prepared,’ he thought. He opened the first page, the tittle was well spelled out. At the first page, just after the tittle, there was a picture of a big shiny ring. Alpha Angelo touched it, wishing to feel it, but it was only the picture. “A picture is worthy of a thousand words. Yeah, indeed it is. So beautiful,” he murmured.

She raised her hand and with her index finger she brushed the books, reading their titles. There were some that said "satanic pacts" others like "the call of the devil" "the forest and its hidden side" "small town legends" "werewolves and the full moon" and the last one said "Wisconsin Cases". Camila took out that last one, the book was big, it had a red cover with the image of the town itself. But that image was in black and white, as if it was taken years ago.

He wondered what she'd read. Curious, he dried his hands and pinched up the small pile of sewed pages that had no leather cover and laid them in the palm of his hand. With his pinkie he turned the pages, squinting with delicate scrutiny at the tiny drawn images and writings. There appeared to be several pages pertaining to were-beasts, a couple about harpies, a chunk on dragons, the small part on fairies, and then he paused upon seeing a particular illustration. He didn't have to read the fancily scrawled heading to recognize what the chapter was about. Oh. That was why she suddenly stopped reading to him.

Soft yellow light surrounded her bed when she switched on her side lamp, Elara coughed lightly as she blew on the white cloth which covered the book. Removing the cloth she stared at the black large book , her soft hazel- brown eyes widened as she stared at the title of the book, her long dark eyelashes flickered as she roamed her eyes on that book. THE LEGEND ALPHA PRINCE, that was the title of the book, she softly ran her fingers on the book and surprisingly that letters glowed by her touch as if it had recognised its owner. Taking a deep breath Elara opened the book, her hands trembling as her long wavy brown hairs flew because of strange wind, She frowned as she took in the sight of a st

He 'Liem' immediately returned to pick up the book which was on the table and immediately opened and read the contents of the book he had just bought or could say was given for free by the old man who sold the books. It didn't take long to see Liem's face again, which looked very surprised. When he was reading the book. Because on one of the pages of the book he saw a picture of a circle which, upon closer inspection, turned out to be very similar to a map in general. "What is this, is this a picture of a map? But it is very clear that the engraving in the circle of this image shows like a map in general." Said Liem in his heart full of question marks.

Who knows, they might come up with something good. "Miss, I am here with the books. Since you can read before, it should not be hard for you to read the books right?" Amelie asked out of nowhere. I smiled, "I will try. Although it's not the same as before." I took the books from her. The books has a lot of colours. I read the title and it is called identifying colours. I read that it is often used by people with colour blindness. There's a thing like that? Blind people can see?

I have to walk halfway down the row before I finally enter the plants and animals sections. The first couple of books are on forest plants. Then, I spot a book whose title is 'Herbs'. A short title, but it perfectly suits the book. I flip through the pages to find page after page covered in writing without a single picture in sight. Wanting to cover all of my bases, I search for a book that has pictures of the herbs. Not even five books away, is a book titled 'Herbs Catalog'. Each page of this book discusses a different herb and contains a large image if what it looks like.

Glints of curiosity could be seen in Amenia's eyes, probably interested in asking something but thankfully she didn't make any move to voice her questions and nodded curtly to my request as gesturing me to take a seat on the bench beside her. I claimed a seat to the opposite side of Anemia while Alex sat next to me. She moved that book to me which she was reading before. I look at her before focusing on the page opened in the book. It showed a picture of a human and some other creatures with wings attached to their backs like what I had seen in my dream. And a title printed on its top says 'The Guardians of Light and Dark'. I didn't get what her point was by showing this picture to me, so I

"Good morning, princess." "Good morning," I answered and sat on the sofa beside him. "Do you have a meeting today?" I asked. And he shook his head, “Not much." He replied, now continuing on reading the book in his hand. I glanced at the book that he’s reading. Based on the title, A Guide to a Perfect Shot, it’s obvious that it’s a book about photography Why is he reading it? Now my curiosity just got bigger. I was about to open my mouth to ask him, but thought about it and knew it was not a good idea. At least, not now. He seems so focused on reading it and I'm just bothering him.
