Beneath the Howling Pines

Beneath the Howling Pines

But if I consume its soul before it draws breath, the curse will complete its cycle — and all the old bloodlines will end. Even the goddess won’t stop me then. Far above, wind stirs through the pines. Wolves howl — some cursed, some not. War brews. Blood waits. And I — I wait beneath the howling pines, ancient and eternal, for the moment when the child is mine.

Immortal’s Kiss Book 4 English Version

But I drop the question since he's a member of the nobility, of course, he knows about it. "Are you sure, Papa? I haven't read anything about this tree. I studied botany—I mean all the plants and trees here in Wysteria. Nothing about Venenata Negra." No matter what I do, I dig into my memory, I can't remember anything about his mentioned name. "Because this tree no longer exists when the immortals habituated Wysteria. This tree was destroyed million years ago." He explained to me. He sounded unsure and seemed to be trying to remember something.

I didn’t know how to explain it, so I just said, “He is a murderer.” “Well, he is the Immortal King. What did you expect?” Lena now said and I looked at her confused like she thought it was normal for someone to kill someone else. “I think what Lena is trying to say is, that the immortals are known for their brutality and force. I know you haven’t been raised to know their ways and I think you need to see it from an immortal’s point of view as normal.” Aunt Beverly said but she had no clue what I witnessed before my eyes or the fact of what happened because of his actions.

Offered to the Triplet Alphas

Offered to the Triplet Alphas

I started my car and raced it at full speed. Carvera vines had microscopic fangs like that of snakes which stored lethal poison, strong enough to paralyze an immortal for eternity. Adult carveras were impossible to deal with, even for immortals, because the only way to loosen the vine’s grip was to hurt their roots or uproot them from the ground completely. And they could grow as large as a beech tree with their roots spreading as deep as thrice their size. But the one in my office was just a baby sapling. Barely a month old. Even a weakling like her could uproot it with bare hands.

Like the previous books by this author, this book is also very interesting and different from what I have read. I look forward to each new chapter. I'm very picky about the books I read. Your books seem to be exactly for me. I hope there will be many more exciting and interesting stories.

I'm absolutely in love with this novel! It was my first read on this app and I truly adore it. The story is amazing, your writing is consistently mindblowing. While updates may be slow, I believe this novel absolutely worth the wait. Please take time you need; the results always speak for themselves

My Lord Alpha

My Lord Alpha

she objected. "How ironical, that the tree of life should be hidden in a place of death and torment," he mused. "No one survives more than an hour in the realm of the immortals, you'll be stuck forever unable to leave. It is more or less like dying," she argued. "I have done it before, I can do it again," he drawled calmly.

How does this book have such low views? This is a masterpiece! This might be my first time reading a werewolf story so zealously without missing any details. Such a breath of fresh air and unique storyline from the other books in this app. The alternate universe, the timeline, everything is so good.

When I saw the title "The Lord Alpha" , I was like 'what the hell is this book about?' It never disappointed though. Wayne and Candice so much reveals how twisted our fates could be at times and I kept imagining how it'd be if I suddenly uncover my spouse was a mermaid or something weirder even...

Eternal Wolves

Eternal Wolves

It’s magical. Everyone begins clapping as the elder announces, “You are now the rightful LUNA OF FREEDOM RIDGE PACK! Your place will be forever by our Alpha’s side in life and death, from this day henceforth.” The crowd starts to go wild with hooting and shouting. The voices I am hearing are his pack members. I’m elated by this. Everyone seems to genuinely feel so happy for us. Still holding Ares's hand in mine, he pulls me to him in the most breath-taking and passionate kiss it sends tingles through my body and makes me weak in my knees.

I can’t wait for the next chapter and look forward to this book getting an audio version someday! I have caught the subtle hints of fae, witches, and other paranormal characters who will likely be introduced and weaved into this story in the future. I love a balance of fantasy and romance!

WE ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL

WE ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL

Enphinius took Pacular's body and helped him sit on the sofa. “In order to stay alive, I had to kill many, many innocent people. Thousands of Hill villagers and young girls. In the end, I can't ask the owner to have eternal immortality, all immortality in this world must be paid with bones and blood. However, that person, Hector Sparker, why was he immortal? Why would those goddamn gods grant him immortality and not me. If my life is to beg for, why is it that he can get it so easily?” Pacular started coughing up blood, his blood immediately turned black and gave off a terrible stench. Pacular's face showed a tired and old look, no longer the young man he used to be. Pacular smiled, he looke

Zeres nodded and said. “I was tortured, it was a really bad moment for me, I was in a bronze cage burning in an inferno of molten lava. No way of escape. But, I neither cried until the pain was over. That was just all. Besides I am an immortal and only immortals know how long it would take to actually break them.” “Immortal? How did you get your immortality?” “From the late king. I never thought that I would be in such a dilemma in my life before. He uses the solvent of a dead dragon mixed with molten steel some how, that formed an indestructible core within you.”

Under The Moonlight: Alpha's Bride

Under The Moonlight: Alpha's Bride

I yelled urgently to Jerry as he aimed at one of the beasts approaching him, all while I sat helplessly in my wheelchair. The thought dawned on me that we were wasting our efforts. These white wild bears were immune to damage, impenetrable to our attacks, and untouchable due to their immortality. Meeting these monsters from the West, the most dangerous and indestructible species, was a terrible turn of events I could never have predicted. Even Maya's strong mountain army seemed helpless in the face of these tenacious foes, who had now entrenched their supremacy. As the pack members ditched their firearms and pulled silver blades from their pockets, it became clear that our bullets had been r
