The blood ribbon began to glow, and the air around us started to spark. Everlasting Fire formed a ring around us. The blue flame mixed with black and orange flames. Imelda's eyes grew wide as she looked around us. “It’s okay. We’re almost finished.” I said calmly, reassuring her. Her fingers laced through mine as she squeezed my hand nervously.

I beg of you, grant them your protection and strength to overcome the trials they face.” The second spirit, cloaked in emerald vines, narrowed its glowing eyes. “They tampered with forces beyond their understanding. Why should we intervene?”
