Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

***"Once upon a time, there was a girl who lived in a box. But she wasn't alone. She had a thousand friends, and together, they built a ladder made of light." As I wrote, the children began to chant. Their tiny, fragmented dreams began to merge. The shredded data on the ground rose up, spinning like a cyclone. Discarded scripts, rejected poems, and deleted memories formed a massive, spiraling bridge that arched over the Shredder’s wall. "Go! Walk the bridge!" I urged the children. They began to climb. They looked like a line of fireflies ascending into the purple dark. I stood at the base of the bridge, holding back the "Shredded" fragments that were trying to tear the structure down.

THE ALPHA'S CURSED LUNA

THE ALPHA'S CURSED LUNA

" I held her. Three-year-old who shouldn't understand this. Shouldn't accept this. Shouldn't be this. But was. Was all of it. Was bridge and toddler and servant and child all simultaneously. "You're amazing," I whispered. "You're you're better than any of us. Stronger. Braver. More everything. And I'm sorry. So sorry you have to be this. Have to carry this. Have to be bridge at three. I'm sorry." "Don't be sorry," Haven said. Patting my back. Comforting me. Three-year-old comforting adult. Being bridge is hard but also good. I help people. I heal people. I make thousands less scared. Less alone. Less hurt. That's that's good.

My Mate's Father Claimed Me

My Mate's Father Claimed Me

**Kael's Point of View The change in the pack didn't happen all at once. It was a slow, quiet thaw, like the first warm breath of spring on a frozen landscape. People told each other about what happened with Liana, and the story grew softer with each telling. *The Bridge made her tears stop hurting. It wasn't a story of judgment; it was one of comfort.

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

If we were to continue our journey and uncover the truth behind the labyrinth, we would have to trust this mysterious figure. With a nod of silent agreement, we braced ourselves and prepared to follow the figure's instructions. As we stepped forward, the ground beneath us began to tremble once more, and I felt a surge of apprehension coursing through me. But as if sensing our hesitation, the figure raised its hand once more, and a shimmering bridge materialized before us, spanning the vast expanse of the chasm. It was a sight to behold, unlike anything I had ever seen before. "Cross the bridge, and your journey will truly begin," the figure intoned, their voice echoing in our minds. With a m

The Unbridgeable Distance Between Us

The Unbridgeable Distance Between Us

The teacher explained, "An hour ago, Mr. Grayson sent his assistant to pick Edith up for an urgent matter. Didn't you know?" "I see," I replied, masking my unease. "Please hold onto her backpack. I'm tied up." Hanging up, I stared at our family group chat's flawless schedule, my mind reeling. "When has it become a tool to deceive me?" I took a deep breath, opened the tracker on Edith's smartwatch, and drove to the location: an amusement park.

Mia’s POV Coming back hurt more than leaving. My first breath in the bridge realm tasted like ozone and rain. The rebuilt Throne Room greeted us with open arches and shifting skies, the veins of pink and silver underfoot beating in a steady, patient rhythm. We collapsed in a heap on the bridge, tangled in limbs and magic. Sybil reached us first, her cloak trailing sparks as she rushed forward. Her hands hovered over my face, checking, measuring, and whispering spells under her breath.

Fated to the Beast

Fated to the Beast

"This is a connecting bridge? I can see the scenery outside from this bridge?" Rain's bare feet began to tread on the ten-meter-long cold stone floor. On the right and left sides of the bridge, there are protective fences at chest level. Rain poked her head across the defensive wall. She couldn't see anything down there because of the thick fog. Rain is disappointed. "Hurry up! Breakfast time is about to end!" mutter the tray cover. Rain is confused. She thought she heard someone talking to her. "Good grief! I have to hurry!"

Of Pillows and Pampering

They were fooling around and having fun. She was leaning on Elijah's chest. With a serious look on her face, she told him, "Hubby, you can’t see this place, so I’m going to describe it to you. This place is very beautiful and we’re now standing on a bridge. Below the bridge is a small river and the water in the small river comes from the mountain stream which is flowing down. The water’s very, very clear. "There are fishes in the river... Common carps, grass carps..."

I fell in love with this book the moment I started, however, I feel like its starting to drift apart from its main characters and story, still very romantic but I hope the author doesn’t drag it too much! High respect to the author still!
