"We can't freely change our teammates once the teams have been formed. Unless… All your teammates are already gone?" Frank didn't reply. "Forget it. Let's do our best to survive the next three days," I added. I could see Frank typing for a long time. Finally, he replied, "Will you team up with me if all my teammates are gone?" I didn't reply and quietly watched the screen. Ten minutes later, the group chat was flooded with notifications, informing the remaining survivors that several players had died. All of Frank's teammates had been eliminated. Frank immediately sent a request to team up with me. "I've done it! They're all dead. Hurry and accept my request!"

I bit my lip and sighed. "I just exist for death, I can kill but rarely do, it's very difficult to explain but I know how everyone will leave this existence except for you, I only know when you won't perish because you're my soulmate," I mumbled softly. He eyed me questionably and glanced out the window, avoiding my eyes. He exhaled harshly and leaned back against the seat. "Alright Sebastian, you're Death and my soulmate. Does that make me Life," he asked curiously. I bit my lip and chuckled, it couldn't be that simple, I highly doubted that. I side eyed him and grinned.

Laura - Alive The world is teeming with life and sensations I couldn’t see before. The air itself sizzles with electricity, and my skin tingles under the sun’s warmth. My heart is beating so fast that I can hear its thumping in my ears. Oh, how good it is to be alive. But then again, what is death? It’s a void, a nothingness, the absence of everything. So even though death is the ultimate lack of all existence, isn’t it also a state where we are given a chance to start anew?

They say once we are given something, no matter what, it is gonna be taken back again and again, nothing is granted to last , not life nor death . Because in life and death we shall always part , it is a journey full of mysteries , isnot it? In life, we live so full just to simply die , that makes me question are we even alive in the first place , or the fateful truth we are just dead dreaming to be alive . we don't own life and we donot own death , we basically have nothing but the last moments we spent before the clock ticks .

If I died like this, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. ...... When I opened my eyes, the first person I saw was Chris. His hair was disheveled, and his white shirt was stained with blood, looking completely drained. Seeing me awake, he let out a sigh of relief, but then snapped angrily, “You don’t even care about your own life, and you blame others for hating you? If you died, you’d have no one to blame but yourself!” I looked at him and let out a weak laugh. “My fault? Then why did you save me? Just let me die already.”
