HIS MUTE MATE

HIS MUTE MATE

His scent—cedar, smoke, him—filled my lungs and steadied me. "I'm sorry," I whispered. "I didn't know. I didn't know I—" "Shh," he said. "You don't have to apologize. You didn't do anything wrong." I looked up at him. His silver eyes were soft, tender. Nothing like the cold playboy everyone saw. "I'm a Mute Omega," I said. My voice was raw, barely a whisper. "That means I'm—" "Dangerous," he said. "Yeah. I heard."

Marked by fate

Marked by fate

Plates and bottles are everywhere. Fuck. I hate this place. My head feels like it’s full of cotton wool. My ears still feel thick and my head is pounding. Not like a little bit, but like the entire philharmonic orchestra are trapped in there banging fucking massive drums. My body shakes slightly, and I can still feel the moonshine coursing through my body, the numb effects still working. Medius is silent. He’s always fucking silent, but with the moonshine, the hole he should inhabit feels a lot smaller.

Playing Amnesiac Set Me Free

Playing Amnesiac Set Me Free

Lindsay trembled violently, her expressions shifting wildly. My mother clutched her chest, swaying as if she might faint. Jason's eyes were locked on the screen. Finally, he knew for sure that I had never lost my memory. I knew everything. He snapped out of it and frantically grabbed his phone to call me. "The number you have dialed is unavailable…" Over and over, he called, each time met with the cold, impersonal recorded tone. It was then he realized—I wasn't sulking. I truly didn't want him anymore.

Craving my mother's Hot Fiancé

Craving my mother's Hot Fiancé

With… It didn’t matter how. All that mattered was that Sophia had her.And Sophia was insane enough to kill her. In the vehicle, Melissa stirred. She’d been drifting in and out of consciousness. The exhaustion, the drugs, the trauma…all of it pulling her under. But something in Kane’s voice cut through the fog. Her eyes opened and focused on Kane’s face, she saw how sad he looked and knew something had gone wrong. “Kane?” Her voice was weak. “What’s wrong?” Kane didn’t answer. Just stood there staring at the phone in his hand.

Healer Mate Sent Me to Mental Institution

Healer Mate Sent Me to Mental Institution

I whispered, my voice deadly calm, "I will pierce your throat." Normal people fear the insane, but the insane fear those who don't care about their lives. Fear appeared in Diane's eyes for the first time since I'd known her. The playground bully had never faced someone who might actually fight back with lethal intent. She got off me, hands raised in surrender, but I wouldn't let her go. I pinned her down with surprising strength, my knee pressing into her chest. Three months of constant adrenaline and poor nutrition had made me lean and desperate. "Why?" I demanded, pressing the toothbrush deeper. "Why do you have such hostility toward me? Even if you're insane, you can't attack a stranger w

Dying to Love You

Dying to Love You

Bring a towel and your courage } I smiled despite myself, typing back. { I'll bring the courage if you bring the sanity } His response came quickly. {no promises, Sunny. Someone has to be the bad influence } I set down my phone and pulled out my medication organizer, counting pills with practiced efficiency. The ritual was so familiar now that I barely thought about it, antibiotics, enzymes, supplements, all designed to keep my faulty body functioning despite itself.

Sold Myself to My Husband’s Rival

Sold Myself to My Husband’s Rival

Sweat glistened on his temples, trailing down the curve of his jaw. “I started hearing things… seeing things. Paranoia took over. I’d black out and come to in places I didn’t recognize. Then one day—he appeared. Like he knew I needed help. He said he could fix it. Took me to a doctor, promised they’d make something just for me. A pill to silence the madness.” He paused for breath, voice cracking under the weight of memory.

Mr. Mafia COME INSIDE ME

Mr. Mafia COME INSIDE ME

I sighed and shook my head, but even the noise I made seemed forced, as if I were trying to push away what was directly in front of me. It was hard to ignore this reality. An unrecognized number flashed on the screen of my cellphone on the coffee table. But I didn’t need to check the caller ID to know who it was. When Roman Lysander had given it to me, I had nearly memorized it. I sat there staring at the phone for a few moments, telling myself to let it go to voicemail. But my hand moved almost of its own accord, pressing Accept, holding the phone to my ear, and asking, “Hello.”

Love and Madness

Love and Madness

“I’m on my way to the cafeteria.” After the call, I put my phone down and went straight to Ghale. I was spacing out while they are trying to talk to me so I won’t be left out to their conversation. I appreciate their patience and their efforts to make it up to me but I’m not in the mood right now. Lunch time was over but I still haven’t talked to Ghale’s friends formally. I went back to our room unconsciously. Professors started their classes normally. Drake were still trying to talk to me while I am spacing out, big time.

Speak To Me

Speak To Me

Joe Bandit P.O.V Working out in the gym, and doing other active activities always helped me destress. Whether I’m playing football or going for a run, because I was nervous for an upcoming game, or couldn’t sleep because of the envelopes Chasity’s father sends. I always work out to destress. If there is to much chaos going on and stuck in my mind, how can I function around others? Just like how a person plays Bejeweled because that’s their way of distressing. Working out is like that for me.

I love this story. I was not expecting all the twists. Can everyone please have happy ending? It would be nice to see Joe and Chasity either go to college together or get married. After everything that happened they deserve it.
