Hidden Truths

Hidden Truths

He insisted I crouch by the door to listen to their voices. "On October 6th was Xavier's birthday. I summoned the courage to tell him the truth, but he said he would only listen if I finished all the cream on the cake on the table. He knew I was allergic to cream and couldn't eat any." ... The notebook contained records of events from nearly four years. With every page I read, my body temperature dropped, and countless images flashed through my mind, like someone stabbing me with a knife, causing excruciating pain. It was him, the man I dreamed about, Xavier Quinn.

UNTOLD TRUTH

UNTOLD TRUTH

I requested giving a side eye towards Dad "Honey I'm so sorry we hid such an important part of your life from you but i promise I'll tell you everything after dinner" Mum assured. "Okay let's get straight to it then" Mum said once she sat on the couch after we've finished up with the dishes "Twenty years ago we moved down to Seattle from Australia after our wedding, few months after we found out we couldn't have a baby after few trials, we then seek the help of medical experts who said the best option we have was adoption which we opt for right away"

The Life-Changing Trip

The Life-Changing Trip

I, Richard Newman, had been together with my girlfriend, Shanine Graham, for a long time. She was very innocent. Even though she had already given me her first time, she remained extremely conservative in bed. Unfortunately for her, I was the kind of guy who liked a little more excitement. I had bought her plenty of sexy stockings and outfits before, but she refused to wear any of them. It left me feeling disappointed, feeling as if something thrilling was missing from my life. One day, Shanine suddenly suggested that we go on a trip to relax. However, the day before we were supposed to leave, she suddenly changed her mind and insisted on bringing her best friend, Phoebe Norton, along.

Unspoken Truths - Book 2

Unspoken Truths - Book 2

Unspoken Truths - Chapter 18 Sareena It’s been days since I opened my eyes and for the first time, I feel like me again. No headaches, no nausea and no room spins. My thoughts are clear, and my body feels steady. I’ve also passed every concussion protocol they’ve thrown at me, and today, Dr. Danov finally gave me the news I’ve been waiting for: “You’re almost cleared to leave.”

Hidden Truth

I take one last look at myself until I strike a pose and say,"Perfect," I hear mom from downstairs telling me to hurry up, so I grab my book bag and put on my glasses and was about to leave my room until I remember my most important thing. I go to my book-shelf and pull out a book that reads, Gone Girl by Giliian Flynn on the front cover. I've always loved mysteries; I can't remember one day where I wasn't watching Criminal Minds or Goosebumps in my room.

An Inconsequent Desire

An Inconsequent Desire

What a relief! The bookstore has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design is classic, with wooden shelves that give a sense of tradition and permanence. The atmosphere is calm and silent, allowing perfect concentration so I can enjoy reading. I like environments like that, because they make me relax. Even though Dom's library is also wonderful and gives me almost the same feeling, the problem with all this is that every room in that place carries Dominique's scent and that must be why my head is all on alert. The little time we spend together is too much, it must be affecting me, because now, I'm calm here. I swipe through the pages of a survival manual, written by a guy who spent 3 months

The Forbidden Truth

The Forbidden Truth

"How can you be sure that she is okay? How did you know that she can handle it? Everything you've said were all lies. Explain properly. The truth... I don't care whether it's confidential or not. Explain it." The hunters, the people from the Monitoring Department, Mr. Ambrose, and President Carlton were all silent for a minute. The Organization President closed his eyes for a brief moment before opening them again and he sighed. He knew that he had no choice, but to tell them the truth, especially when Hunter Max was in this state. President Carlton knew that things would be bad if he continued to lie, he saw Hunter Max in this state in the past. It was when he lost the woman he loved.

I really liked this book. Too bad it ends after 36 chapters and hasn't been added to in a couple of weeks. If y'all want people to pay to read your books, at least write something. This is the second book, this has happened with. I think I'm done with good novel.

Great story!! refreshing to read something different then other books on good novel. loved the complexity of the worlds and characters. would have been nice to have it a bit longer, and more lucas scenes, but still greatly enjoyed it. looking forward to the next book!

Truth Untold

Truth Untold

Gray dawn leaked through the thin, yellowed curtains like spilled dishwater. Marc Evans—Martin Ostin no longer—woke on the thin mattress laid directly on the concrete floor. His back ached from the lack of support, his quads burned from yesterday’s impromptu trial, and his right calf twitched with the memory of every sprint. The one-room apartment smelled of damp concrete, yesterday’s takeout grease, and the faint metallic tang of old pipes. No marble corridors. No quiet staff gliding past with fresh towels. No legacy pressing against his lungs like humidity.
