Influencer Novels & Stories

"Alright. I'm down." "Hey, smile." "What for?" Jackson knitted his eyebrows. "Business," I dryly responded and opened the camera of my phone. Clicking a picture with him that included me showing a peace sign in the photo, I sent it to Michael since he managed my social media accounts. Entrepreneurs and all the people who had their businesses created and established were taken as social influencers nowadays so that the young generation could get inspiration from us. Michael suggested that I should make one as well, and I did.

“What is it about this influencer that I don’t know?” Sandra makes to speak, stops, then tries again—only to stop once more. She runs her fingers over her forehead and sighs. “Celine Quinn,” she begins, “is the first and only daughter of the Quinn family.” “Okay.” I nod. The Quinns are one of the richest families in the city. Though I didn’t know about their daughter… or any of their children. “Well, she’s a mega influencer,” Sandra continues, “with 55 million followers on I*******m and over a hundred million on TikTok. We’re looking to tap into the Millennial market this time, but working with Celine can be—”

Harley’s P.O.V. Alex gawked at me as I scrolled through my phone. He frowned as I shoved it under his nose, showing him the profile of a fitness influencer. Not the typical airbrushed model, but a bulky weight instructor turned motivator, who had gone viral for embracing realistic body standards. “Follow him!” I said firmly. “And read his last three posts. Then copy this format.” Alex glanced at me sideways. “Copy? You want to plagiarize a fitness celebrity?”

“What clip?” “Remember Benita Bellington?” “The hypocrite wo—?” “Don’t.” Cillian growled. “There’s more to the viral clip. I need the full thing.” Kent grinned. “You’ve come to the right place.” Cillian raised his brows. “You can barely wipe your own ass, what can you do?” “Incase you haven’t heard, I’m a social media influencer,” Kent beamed, “I have my ways.” Over the next few hours, Kent scrambled over videos, online posts, secret influencer groups.

"I've found the person who posted the article, sir. It's an influencer." Lorenzo's eyes narrowed. "An influencer? What do you mean?" "Yes, it's an influencer who posted it first, before the post blew up and other blogs brought out articles," Miss Evelyn explained. Lorenzo's expression turned intense. "Who is this influencer? What's her name? What's his name? Like, who is that person?" "The username is... Red Riri 22." she responded. Lorenzo's eyes widened in surprise. "Hold on, wait a minute. Red Riri 22?"

He caught his gloomy expression and felt an intense chill shooting up his spine. ‘Geez, he’s definitely not a gentleman.’ On the other side of things, the female influencer lost her job because of the public’s opinions that were spreading on the Internet. She went out to the convenience store downstairs to buy something but was kicked out by the owner, claiming she would not sell goods to mistresses who seduced other people’s husbands. The female influencer felt aggrieved, so she could only put on a mask and leave in despair.

my fiancée said. "Of course now. Is it Seun that will do it before?" I said and we laughed. "Anyways speaking of circles, what's yours? Who's in it?" Ama asked. "Good question. See I am an influencer for designer brands. My main circle is mostly not Nigerian. But for the Nigerian circle I have Ebuka and Banky obviously, Tola Odunsi because the man has what we call back end influence. That man can make or marr a celebrity. He has influence not with the audience but with the executives in the industry. If you piss him off he can have you fired from your job in the next five minutes. That's how powerful he is. Then also I have my mummy Mo Abudu. Very powerful wom

Jasmine immediately slid into the seat next to me, while Sophie practically bounced into her chair across from Ivy. “Okay, okay, I have to say it,” Sophie said, leaning in with wide eyes. “Your vlog is blowing up, Lila. You’re officially an influencer!” We all laughed, but I couldn’t help but blush a little. The word “influencer” still felt foreign to me. I hadn’t set out to influence anyone—I had simply wanted to share my journey, my thoughts, my life. But hearing it from Sophie, with her endless enthusiasm, made it feel real in a way I hadn’t expected.

She folded her right leg on the couch and she and Alex faced each other. “What I have started doing currently is running an advert for it, get the latest popular Movie Actor, Musician and popular social media influencer to pay and let them do an advert for Viral” Alex replied. “I decided to use three people because I want huge publicity for Viral. In reality terms, the movie Actor can be famous and well known but still not everyone would know him. The same thing applicable to the Musician, and the social media influencer. So, if I used three of them once, Viral will surely go Viral”

Like a true wolf. Only he wasn’t and he would never be. He didn’t even want to accept that we were mates. That something other than his mind could dictate his future. Switching away from the heavy topic, I smiled again. “An influencer is some young person with a camera and a good Wi-Fi connection. They do their little dances and smile a lot at the camera. Pointless, if you ask me.” I explained, sighing at the end. I never could understand the use of them. Why they were important in our society.
