Dibawah kedudukan Azqadam ada 9 para wakil yang disebut dengan tetua suku, dari ke-9 tetua hanya tetua no 3, 5, dan 7 yang sangat misterius mereka tidak pernah menunjukan jati dirinya ke sesama para tetua suku. Dunia yang terlihat indah dan damai sebenarnya hanyalah ilusi semata karena yang sebenarnya terjadi adalah banyaknya krisis kelaparan diseluruh dunia, para pemimpin yang tamak akan harta kekayaan negara, serta gencatan senjata di beberapa negara.
