There was a button on it so I pressed it, it made a little squeak which got everyones attention, they stared at what I was doing, I opened it fully, inisde there was a giant leather book. I pulled it our and read the cover 'Incwadi nezilo'

The story line is good, but the grammatical errors are far too distracting. This is a great first rough draft as it pulls you in. It beckons the reader to continue on with a sense of curiosity. I do have to put it down multiple times in order to break myself away from the frustration with errors.

MONSTERS: Adhira

MONSTERS: Adhira

I touch its glass cover and to my surprise, it vanishes in just a snap. The book floats mid-air and emits blinding light. It starts glowing and the pages start to turn. A few moments afterward, the pages stop turning. The glow starts to vanish, and the book moves toward my hand. Just like the book I was reading earlier, it has a leather hardbound cover and its title are embroidered with gold. 'The Untold' I said as I've read the title. I turn the cover and start reading once again. ----- THIRD PERSON’S POINT OF VIEW

Threads of Betrayal

Threads of Betrayal

I was greeted by her clothes that were neatly folded in different sections compared to how mine looked i shook my head still looking a found a lock under the clothes "What on earth is a closed lock doing under clothes?" I said in my mind; I held the lock and pulled it to see if anything would happen, but I discovered it wasn't locked. I guess she forgot. I opened the cover and found some documents piled up on top of each other and it looked like hundreds of papers

Her Enemy, His Curse

Her Enemy, His Curse

The shape it made was wrong—too tall to be a man, too narrow to be a beast, its edges folding in and out of themselves like pages turning in a book no one was reading. Lucian stepped between me and it. “Back.” “No,” I said. “It’s not attacking.” Theron spat on the ground. “Yet.” The shadow leaned—just a fraction. The ring of bent grass rippled outward, and with each wave I felt something look through me. Not at my body. At the thread itself. It was reading me. I held my ground, though my legs trembled. “What do you want?” I asked. It didn’t speak. It answered.

Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

POV DARLENE The severance of the First Thread did not bring the silence I expected. Instead, the One-Hundred-and-Eighth Layer of Entropy erupted into a cacophony of Violent Symmetry. As the golden petals of the nineteenth cycle’s redemption settled upon the liquid mercury, the floor didn't just transform—it Fractured. We emerged into a cathedral of Indigo-Black Silk, where the walls were not stone, but billions of microscopic, vibrating filaments that hummed with the collective heartbeat of every mate-bond ever woven into the Loom.

Despised by my Alpha mates, Claimed by their foe!

Despised by my Alpha mates, Claimed by their foe!

With Xoey's assistance, she brought the box indoors, and upon opening it, they found hefty books embellished with intricate black vines intertwined with one another. There were about seventeen of these books with such vines acting as locks. She had been instructed (according to the accompanying note) to commence with a certain locked book that featured a lustrous golden brown cover and also devoid of a title, without assistance from anyone. Xoey simply helped to arrange the books on the new shelf that had been delivered a week before. Today was the first day of her reading the book. She had spent hours trying to find the perfect way to unlock the vines yesterday. Of course, Xoey served her r

The Intrigued Trilogy

The Intrigued Trilogy

He pulled me even closer to his body so there wasn't even room for air between us. Everything about him was intriguing. The dark hair that fell on his forehead was like liquid silk, so soft and smooth that I couldn't help but tangle my fingers through them. His lashes cast light shadows on his cheek and his lips were so full and plum that before I realized what I was doing, I had crashed my lips to his, tugging his head down with a firm grip on his hair. My mind went completely blank.
