"Monarch Mansion is launching tonight too." The name hit me like a sledgehammer. Monarch Mansion. Of course. My jaw clenched involuntarily. The Queen of the West—her timing was no accident. She chose tonight, of all nights, to unveil her ridiculous attempt at a hotel. It couldn't be coincidence. No, this woman—whoever she was—had clearly made it her mission to challenge me, to go after everything I'd built.

I entered inside the small office to see a lady sitting at the front desk named Sherry. "May I help you?' She aked politely. "Um yes, I m here to answer the ad for the housekeeping position?" I said trying to sound confident. "Ah yes, let me get Mr. Baxter in here." After she called him, Mr. Baxter came out he was a big man, wit ha big belly and a smoker's breath. He looked tired, his eyes red and watery, his hair and mustache all greasy like. He reeked of sweat and cigarette and I couldn't stand the smell of him. However, I was here to get hired for a job that I desperately needed, so I ignored it and followed him into his office which was also smelled like a disgusting barn. "You are here

They ate in easy silence at first, but soon, she started asking him questions. Simple things. "What's your favorite movie?" He shrugged. "Don't have one." She gasped dramatically hands on her heart . "Blasphemy." He smirked. "What's yours?" "Easy. Baby ." He groaned. "Figures." She stuck out her tongue. " What's your favorite color?" Kane hesitated. "Black." She snorted. "That's not a color." His gaze darkened. "It is to me." Mona giggled, shaking her head. "Fine. Black it is."

Emily Warner I leave the room, completely dressed, after my long phone call with Mary where she explained what Socrates, Odyssey and Olympus is. And also, of course a few thoughts on Lucas. As I exited my room, trying to pull my black dress down as it kept riding up my thick thighs, annoying the hell out of me. This is why I don’t like wearing bodycon dresses, they are so uncomfortable but it does look pretty when I suck my tummy in so… “Hey- why are you wearing your shoes?” I ask him as I look at him standing near the door with keys in his hands.

I nervously giggled. As we watch, the hours go by and wolves are seen guarding the perimeter. I look at one screen and notice those bright silver eyes, the same silver eyes that I had caught watching me shower from in my backyard. Those eyes belong to a bigger wolf than the others. A big, black wolf with silver eyes. “Jade, who is that?” I asked. “Well I guess you wouldn’t know yet, but that’s Alpha Wyatt” Jade replied. “That’s why he’s bigger than the others” I played it off.

Stephan asks. "I don't know what you're talking about." "Okay," he winks before continuing to walk. Damn Ryans, so charming. Why are they so beautiful? After meeting Robert, I realize that Nathan was the only one who inherited his father's incredible blue eyes. Stephan and Ellie looked more like Mrs. Ryan, especially in their facial features. Physically, they were all perfect, tall, and muscular. But Nathan was still the best. And as for Mia, I understand why he dated her once, she was simply beautiful, with her long, blonde, and perfect hair. They made a perfect couple.

Third Person POV "Mr. Knight, your flight will be boarding soon sir, can I offer you another glass of wine, while you wait?" Caleb looks up at the flight attendant, smiling at her as she holds the bottle of Bordeaux. "Please, call me Caleb," he answers, giving her a wink. He knew she was easily his oldest son's age, but that has never stopped him from messing with a pretty face and curvy body.

He took on all cases involving gangs and prostitutes and was good at spinning a lie to get people off the charges. “Which ADA got the case?” “It’s looking like it’s going to fall with Evelyn Ward.”

I say to Luca, watching as he smiles fondly. "Nothing much. She's more of a Metallica band fan, a huge fan of them." He says, Luke laughs at that. "She's a psycho." Luke says from behind us. " That's a good thing, because I'm a huge Metallica fan too." I say, grabbing Luca's hand between the console. "Yeah, Iris is a die-hard fan. It's crazy sometimes." Tasha says, shaking her head as she remembers the times I always wore a Metallica shirt and jeans.
