Is Damien A Biblical Name Novels & Stories

“Do you know who she is?” Damien looked at the image for a long moment, a heavy, complicated shadow crossing his features. Then he looked up at me. “Yes.” I waited, barely breathing. He stood up, straightened his jacket, and moved toward the door. With his hand on the frame, he paused, delivering the blow with brutal quietness. “Her name is Rebecca. And she’s not a business contact. She’s the woman my father was deeply in love with before he ever met your mother.”

His beta? Slowly, she looked up at him with doubtful eyes. "Your beta? I didn't know you've chosen a beta. Congratulations, Alpha Damien." Damien had chosen the name Damien King saying that he had died as Shane. Not only was he honoring the dead bearer of the name but he was also honoring Marcellus. "Yes, Mary. I've chosen my beta. Don't you want to know who it is?" Damien asked, still maintaining his smile. Mary felt her heart tighten at her smile but that didn't stop her from saying what her Alpha wanted. "If you feel it fit to reveal his identity to me, Alpha, then please do."

Damien sounded puzzled looking. His eyes were delighted to see Arabella’s happiness. Hearing him, Arabella wiped her tears with her fingers. She looked at him with sparkled eyes before she spoke. “Adam…. I want to name him, “Adam.” She uttered clearly but Damien was left puzzled. Even without saying it, his expression was carrying a big WHY? Arabella smirked at him cutely then she spoke. “Hmmm… Adam short for Arabella and Damien.” It was a simple answer by her but it gave him a heavy blow in his heart.

Then I realised I didn't know his name yet. "I didn't get to ask your name earlier" "Damien, Damien Genovese. Never forgot. Again"

"I was starved Demmy, I needed to be touched and... “All you had to do was go meet him in Australia where he was, but you decided to cheat on him with his friend or will I say your best friend and you lie to our face he was our dear uncle... oh mother," Damien said shaking his head. “Please don't let William hear you, and how did you... “I'm Damien Willington.. don't be scared, I just want you to stop calling Arrya names," Damien said and left. " Demmy.. Demmy...." Maria called but Damien left her there as she fell to her knees in tears. She forgot she gave birth to a dangerous genius.

The secretary looked horrified. “John.” Damien called calmly. The noise died down and the man turned to him with raised eyebrows. “What? Did you just call me by my first name?” “I did.” Damien tilted his head. “Isn’t that what my father and mother calls you? That’s your name, right…” Mr. John’s teeth gritted in displeasure. “You’re not your mother or father…” “I’m very much aware, John.” Damien stood up. “I am their son. The best of them. But also the worst of them.”

A reminder etched into me, linking us together. I swallowed hard. “So tell me. Who are you, really?” He hesitated, as if the question itself was dangerous. Then, slowly, he turned toward me, the fire in his eyes dimming into something more vulnerable. “My name is Damian Blackthorn. I was born before your world had names for gods. I have walked through empires that crumbled into dust, through wars written out of your history books. My existence is bound by law—observe, never interfere. And until you, I obeyed.”

🌹 Damien 🌹 Damien had never felt this level of desperation before. Every inch of him screamed to act, to do something, anything, to save Aurora. She was out there, somewhere—captured, at the mercy of Victoria's men. His mind raced with possibilities, none of them good.

"Yeah, I am. Damien assured me that the movie crap isn't him and he doesn't run around killing people. So, yeah, I'm okay with it. I may have to take a vacation after this, but I'm okay with it." He was getting more comfortable around the two and he relaxed more into the chair. He finished his coffee before it got cold. He was sitting there thinking about his conversation with Damien and that he spoke Latin. Roman Latin to be specific, according to Damien himself. Did that make him a priest before he was changed? Latin? Why was that sticking in his head? OH YEAH! Now I remember! My brother had a t-shirt and the school suspended him for it. Mom and Dad would never tell me what it said. What w

Lyriel listened curiously. "The letter 'D'," he began, "stands for my name...Damien. The part of me that built this company from the ground up, through trial, failure, and faith." He paused, his gaze drifting toward Lyriel. "And the letter 'L'… belongs to someone who gave me strength when I had none. The woman who reminded me that light still exists even when everything turns dark." The room was silent. He smiled faintly. "Her name is Lyriel."
