Three days later, in Jitterblock Island, Glacia… Jitterblock Island was the largest island in Glacia, situated in the southwest sea, boasting a pleasant climate and a thriving tourism industry. Many foreign friends often held weddings here, dubbing it the 'Glacia Paradise'. Jitterblock Island was also known by another name, which was Tarot Island. "Before her death, Jenny left behind a diary with something peculiar: Tarot Hoffman," muttered a young and beautiful girl with a camera in hand as she captured the surrounding scenery.

She groaned, then stirred awake, sitting up slowly. The boat slowed as the boatman moored the vessel against a weathered wooden wharf. Araheen rubbed her eyes, squinting through the mist. “I don’t see an island,” she murmured. But as soon as the words left her lips, an outline took shape ahead—shores, dark trees rising like shadows. Both she and Hedda gasped. “This is why it is called the Blinking Island,” the boatman said. “Step ashore. I must leave quickly.”

​The private island of Ilha de Prata was a jagged tooth of white sand and volcanic rock rising out of the turquoise expanse of the Indian Ocean. It was a place that didn't exist on any commercial map, a sovereign sanctuary Sierra had purchased under a shell company when she first realized that the world would never stop hunting her children. Here, the air was free of the metallic hum of the Spire and the suffocating scent of the Northern Alliance. It smelled only of salt, sun-drenched hibiscus, and the deep, terrifyingly quiet pulse of the sea.

The "Island" facility was a masterpiece of architectural isolation. Situated on a jagged outcrop in the Riau Archipelago, it was a place where the tropical sun felt cold. The walls were made of salt-resistant reinforced concrete, and the air was filtered through a dozen layers of charcoal and HEPA membranes. Inside, in a suite that looked more like a minimalist gallery than a cell, Catherine Thorne sat by a window that overlooked a sea she was forbidden to touch.

“You will see, just you wait, Mr. Sazonov. It's a glorious place to die. Hahahaha!!” We flew over the sea for almost twenty minutes and then an island came into view, isolated many miles away from any other. I turned my head back again to meet the curiosity and terror in the men's eyes. “You know, fellas. When I bought this island, I had no idea what to do with it, but now I know!” My words left them in confusion, fear etched on their faces. T. B. C!!

Whatever happened there could swing the entire future. The island appeared through a curtain of mist, jagged cliffs rising from the sea like the teeth of some old god. But above, the skies were clear. Raven brought the flier down in a basin surrounded by obsidian ridgelines and flowering moss. The air shimmered with ozone and memory. “This place was shielded,” Raven said, stepping out first. “Old tech. Probably solar-stealthed during the Collapse. That’s why no one found it.” We stepped into quiet. No birdsong. No insect hum. Just the wind pressing secrets through the grass.

Feeling out of sorts, Carter decided he’d wander around the island and see what he found. Hazel Island was only about ten square miles, its one town was named Hazel Town, but nobody called it that. Outside of the town’s center, there were houses scattered throughout the island. Some overlooked the cliffs for which the island was famous. Carter wandered down a street that ran parallel to a large park. It was a few hours before sunset, and families and singles walked up and down the sidewalk. Some turned into the entrance for the park, while others were most likely on their way home.

Hazel suddenly pointed to a shadow not far away, "Can we go to the island to see it?" Simon frowned slightly. Hazel's excitement about the island seemed a bit odd. Why would she suddenly want to go to the island? He had passed by the island before, but he never set foot on it. "That was a deserted island made up of only stones, not a good place for sightseeing," Simon said. "But I just want to go check it out." Hazel's eyes were all curious, "If you don't let me go, I will always wonder what it is like. Even if there is nothing there, we will have the memory of watching the sunrise together on the island, right?”

“I was told by a Matron that Saffron was found by fishermen at the bank of the Haze river…” Haze sea is a large body of water that extends its branches all through the country. It branched into Snow city, villages, and towns… including Graham town. “What does that mean?” “When the accident in the Capital happened over thirty years ago, the news reported that Old Man Anderson’s son boarded a cruise boat with his wife and daughter. The boat encountered a misfortune on the Haze sea and almost everyone died, including Old Man Anderson’s son. The son’s wife was rescued but their little daughter went missing… Saffron was found the next morning by fishermen and her dress looked very expensive…”

He asks, and his eyes beam at me. "Hmm, I'm curious." "It's the Island Pazzo d' Amore. . . The Island Crazy of Love." "Really? Crazy love? That sounds great to me!" I smiled and prepared myself for the adventure. I'm excited to see everything around there. . C.M. LOUDEN
