Tyler took the lead instead. “Stroma is an island off the coast of the most northern point of Scotland. It’s only a few miles from the coast, but the current there is really dangerous. The island has cliffs on nearly every side and it is difficult to get there even by boat. Let alone swimming the distance.” He threw a look over his shoulder at Cassie.

“I recognize you. You’re on the footage from that show.” Once again, I forced my expression to remain neutral. I wasn’t going to reveal that I was slightly uncomfortable having been recognized for my appearance on “The Island.” “If you know who I am, you can guess why I’m here.” “The Row-so girl,” he said, mispronouncing her name slightly with his heavy accent. I nodded, crossing my arms over my chest. He shrugged a beefy shoulder and nodded at the other two, who put away their guns. “Come with me.”

She breathes in a ragged breath then shakes her head. “Good then, be a good girl and come with me. Esme will make you something proper to eat.” She nods quietly and I give her a quick kiss to her soft lips and gather her into my arms, pulling her off the island top. “You called for me, sir?” Esme answers from the doorway, few minutes laters, clad in a sky blue mother nightdress. “I didn't mean to disturb you, Esme.” “Nonsense.” Esme smiles softly, “I’m always here to serve you at any time Mr Moretti. What can I do for you?”
