Jacob looks around him with a smile on his face as the chopper flies by. The sight of New York at night has always had a calming effect on Jacob. The miracle of the world is looking beautiful at night, is a major belief of his, and that’s the main reason why he prefers to come in to work at night. Well, that plus the fact that he usually has to go around meeting different sorts of people to discuss the new techs he’s developing during the day- they just don’t let him be.

Jacob stopped and scoffed as he looked into those beautiful blue eyes. "Don't worry, I'm not a disease! I wasn't trying to touch you any damn way! I just wanted to get past you to the door!" Jacob said angrily then pushed past the asshole and ran into the house, not stopping until he made it into the bathroom and slammed the door.

Jacob. Jacob said that he was just taking orders from Klyde McMarrow, he never saw him. He was recruited by a guy named Leonardo Olaso, he did a background check about an Australian citizen named Leonardo Olaso but nothing comes out, it has been soon found that the man came from Puerto Rico, half Puerto Rican and Spanish, 29 years old, has a case of rape in many countries since he was only 15 years old. Now he's in the cover and hands of Klyde McMarrow.

~ AURORA POV~ "Very soon there will be a war coming upon us!" Jacob revealed the information and sounded husky. "WHOAH!" THE PEOPLE PANICKED. I looked here and there while checking out the people—they are not scared but panicked with this sort of information. "YES, SATAN—THE LORD OF HELL IS CHASING US!" Jacob sighed into the mic, and those vibrations sent chills down my spine. Jacob was looking so hot—he was wearing a red t-shirt and a black jacket, which were fitted against his biceps.

Sebastian stood helplessly in the kitchen, one hand clutching the side of the table as he tried to breathe around the rush of instincts. “Ez,” Sebastian called, already regretting his life. “Don’t eat him.” Ezra didn’t answer. The front door flung open like the wind owed him money. And there stood Jacob. Tall. Broad-shouldered. Nervous in a hoodie with the sleeves pulled over his hands like a baby wolf trying to look nonthreatening. He held a bundle of daisies and a wax paper bag that probably contained cookies—or a last offering to whatever god might spare him.

Jacob seems to realize this, his smug grin slipping slightly as the ground around them begins to rumble with the approaching wolves. “You think reinforcements will save you?” he sneers, though there’s a flicker of uncertainty in his gaze. Lorenzo steps forward, his massive wolf form towering over Jacob. “This is your last chance, Jacob,” he growls. “Call off your wolves, and we’ll let you go.” Jacob stares up at Lorenzo, his face contorting with rage and defiance. “I don’t need your pity,” he spits, his voice trembling. “I came here to destroy you all, and I’m not leaving until I see this pack fall!”

“They’re not.” Jacob studied me again. Then he smiled faintly. “So let me guess your plan.” “Go ahead.” “You help me remove my father from power.” “Yes.” “I take control of Smith Logistics.” “Yes.” “And in return…” “You help me move deeper into the League.” Jacob nodded slowly. “That’s about what I figured.” The room was silent again. Finally Jacob walked back to the desk and extended his hand once more. “Alright,” he said. “Let’s build a team.” I shook his hand firmly.

Minutes later, Ichabod could hear a swift movement behind the shelves and out came a short man in a black tail coat and a large hat which made him look like all those wizards you see in movies like Harry Potter. “Ah! If it isn’t my old friend.” Johhny said cheerfully. “It has been a while since I last saw you. Are you having nightmares again?” “No.” Adams replied, “I would like you to meet someone.” He said, “this is Ichabod Nuel.” Johnny laid his eyes on Ichabod and scanned him from head to toe. A serious smile cracked upon his lips. “Ah. I can see you haven’t come alone young man.”

I pray that's not the case for both of them and for me, because I'd be lying if I said that there's not a part of me that's insanely happy at the idea of having my best friend back in my life. As the shock of the news bounces around the SUV I try to shut it out as I work out what's going to happen next. “Jacob, head back to the road that we parked at when we arrived here. Everyone is heading that way and once we arrive there you will lead the convoy home.” He nods as he starts up the engine. “No problem, Alpha.” I re-take my seat next to Shane and once again find my attention going to Robbie. He's sitting next to a very chatty Thomas but it's clear that he's not paying any attention to what
