Jason wakes up covered in sweat "I'm In my room?" The boy wondered how he had gotten here, since his last memories were of something horrific. At that moment the door opens up and Beth enters "Had quite an adventure yesterday didn't you?" his mother said to him in a worried tone. "What... Happened to me?" Jason asked touching his shoulder that had a bandage on it.

“Hello, handsome.” Max responded by licking her hand enthusiastically. She laughed. “I’ve missed you too.” “He remembers everyone he likes,” Jeffery said proudly. “I’ll take that as a compliment.” Vanessa purred. Just then, footsteps echoed from inside the mansion. I instinctively looked toward the entrance and saw Jason. He descended the front steps wearing dark jeans and a fitted navy polo shirt. His hair was still slightly damp, as though he’d showered only moments earlier. The second he spotted Vanessa, something changed. His usual serious expression disappeared.

Jason had promised to pay them off if they succeeded together. They descended upon the courthouse by a hired helicopter, his heavily armed team catching the team of security off guard.

The water sparkles, inviting and serene. I step closer, peering into the clear blue depths. “It’s beautiful.” Jason stands behind me, his voice low and teasing. “You know what’s even better than looking at it?” I turn to him, narrowing my eyes. “What?” “Jumping in.” Before I can react, Jason kicks off his shoes, pulls off his tie, and dives straight in—fully clothed. Water splashes everywhere as he surfaces, grinning like a mischievous kid. “Jason!” I shout, half-laughing, and half-shocked.

Morning came far too quickly. Sunlight slipped through the curtains in thin, stubborn lines, stretching across the living room as if determined to expose the chaos of the night before. The television was still on. The game—paused. Controllers—abandoned. Snack wrappers—everywhere. And right in the middle of it all— Two bodies, completely knocked out. Jason was sprawled across the carpet, one arm flung over his face, the other still loosely gripping a controller as if his life depended on it. His blond hair was a complete mess, and his shirt had ridden up slightly, leaving him looking nothing like the polished superstar from the day before.

Jason Pov "What the hell is wrong with you man, you look like a mess!" my friend Andrew asked the moment I walked into his office, Andrew was Jason's only friend since college and he was a successful doctor who had just badged his master's degree and was doing well for himself, he was also Jason's family doctor and the whole Foster family were fond of him, he was away for his degree during Jason's wedding, he had advised Jason to take it easy with Maya but he paid no attention.
