MARKED BY THE ALPHAS HEAT
Outside, the double doors at the end of the entrance hallway open and three people walk in.
Two of them, tall and huge looking and dressed in scrubs, walk on both sides of the smaller man in the middle. His head is bowed and even before the trio reaches me, I can tell that it is John Doe.
"Good day, ma'am," says the one on my left. He has a progress card in the crook of his arm. "We're looking for a Doctor Jane."
"Jane who?" I politely ask.
"Doctor Jane Adams," helps the one of my left.
