DUBAI THE CITY OF DREAMS

DUBAI THE CITY OF DREAMS

He'd almost reached out to pull her in for a kiss like he had when they were young. But he hadn't. Of course, he hadn't. Everything had changed since they were college students. He had become a Sheikh. She had spent years struggling on her own. And they had a son together. Ali Ahmed tapped his foot impatiently, glancing at the clock. In just half an hour, it would be time for them to eat dinner together. He couldn't wait. Ali Ahmed had asked his chefs to send a selection of Al Jumeirah delicacies, from their famous saffron rice to lamb kebabs and Kalish, a delicious dessert of pomegranate, pistachios, and flaky pastry, to Kyra and Omer's rooms. Ali Ahmed smiled to himself, imagining sharing

I see a plate on the island covered with my name written on a note “ gone to my office, took the kids with me “ she has manners, that’s a first. One of my favourite stories Ive found. the storyline amazing, the characters especially having a strong female lead amazing and the humour made me laugh laugh out loud at times like a crazy person. Kudos to the author and her brilliant imagination. it does however need to be edited/proof read though

this is a really good book! I wish the author would learn how to use punctuation correctly! and " marks make a big difference! she uses some weird brackets between their talking. That's one big long run-on sentence between everybody talking. sometimes it's hard to figure out who is actually talkin

Loathed by the Alpha

Loathed by the Alpha

Liam was the first one to speak, praising Beth as he cut into his lasagna. “Thank you, Liam.” The housekeeper smiled warmly as she bought a huge wooden bowl of chickpea salad. I grimaced at that, my throat itching, toes curling underneath the table. “You should try this, Rose!” Aiden perked up, his hand already reaching out and scooping some of it. Before I count say something, the Alpha placed it on my plate. “Beth uses a secret spice along with pepper. You will love it.” Before I could open my mouth to answer, someone cut me off.

Now that’s my girl ! I know others are getting frustrated but is true if the author write more the coins will go up n people are going to complain too expensive. It might be long but she is trying to build up her character n see she don’t give a f to the alpha. Is a good book n I’m willing to wait !

Really liked this book. It shows that our own perceived ideas about what we believe, can cause us to draw the wrong conclusion. If Rose hadn't switched places, she would have lost her true mate. Aiden's past corrupt his vision of what he could've had with Rose from the beginning.

Midnight Strokes

Midnight Strokes

The silver anklet Layla had bought her chimed softly with every step. They stopped at a spice stall—piles of saffron, cinnamon sticks, dried rose petals glowing under lanterns. The vendor—an older man with kind eyes—offered them tiny spoons of harissa and ras el hanout to taste. Adeyemi closed her eyes as the heat bloomed on her tongue, sharp and warm. Layla leaned close, whispered against her ear. “Reminds me of you—sweet at first, then it burns in the best way.”

Alpha Kael

Alpha Kael

My voice echoed, small. And even before I saw water this river stink found me oil, dead fish, wet cement. I walked toward it because that gut pull said to me. Each step felt like dragging along a leash I couldn’t see. The mate-bond, I guess. I’d never met Kael Blackthorn, just heard the stories: the Alpha who left cooling bodies in his footsteps, who laughed as he ripped challengers into shreds. The notion should have scared me into looking elsewhere. Instead my legs kept going, which had been rented by something in the world.

The Rule

The Rule

Samarth’s voice broke the silence as Thunder’s hooves clinked gently beside Cyclone’s, “what do you crave most to eat?” Inayat blinked, drawing her gaze away from him. Around them, the scents of the market embraced her. Saffron, roasted cumin, the charred sweetness of grilled bread. Her eyes landed upon a stall where a man flipped crisp golden disks in bubbling oil, sprinkling them with crushed herbs and pomegranate. “I miss falafel,” she murmured, her voice barely above the noise. Samarth gave a pleased hum. “Hot, crispy, and fit for a queen.” With a sly grin hidden behind his cloak, he turned Thunder toward the stall.

Alpha Malik

"I had some final details to sort through." Averi and the other girl, from the Vengeance Pack, did nothing to greet him because Mareli took it upon herself to do it for them. She confidently stepped forward, flicking a lock of fiery red hair over her shoulder. Honestly, it suits her personality. "Good morning Alpha, you look good this morning," she noted, nodding to his formal snow attire. In a way that didn't really come off as rude, but maybe a little irritated, Malik only smiled at Mareli, before directing his attention to our group

Frequently Asked Questions

Kaveh and Al Haitham have such a compelling dynamic, don’t you think? Their interactions in 'Genshin Impact' are packed with delightful banter that keeps me chuckling. One of the moments that stands out is when Al Haitham visits Kaveh's house. The contrast between their personalities shines through here. Kaveh's flamboyant and extravagant style collides with Al Haitham's more stoic and rational demeanor. Watching them clash over design choices and philosophies is like a rollercoaster ride. Kaveh blusters with his usual flair, while Al Haitham just raises an eyebrow, completely unfazed. It's so entertaining to watch how they sort through their disagreements, both making valid points but also proving how stubborn they can be. What makes it even better is the underlying fondness that seems to spark in their argument.

Another moment that really struck me was during the event where they had to cooperate on a project. Usually, they’re at odds—Kaveh loves to leap before he looks, and Al Haitham is all about calculated risks. But when they finally found common ground, it was electric! Their teamwork showcased that despite their differences, they managed to pull off something incredible. That synergy was beautiful. You could feel the tension and camaraderie boiling beneath the surface, adding layers to their relationship that you just can’t ignore.

Lastly, there’s a subtle moment where Al Haitham helps Kaveh with a personal issue he didn’t want to admit to. It shows another side of Al Haitham; he isn’t just a stoic character—he has depth! It’s poignant because Kaveh is usually the more lively one, yet here, he’s vulnerable, and Al Haitham steps up. It’s these intimate moments that give their relationship heart, making it so memorable! You can tell there’s an undeniable bond that’s more than just friendship. Watching their stories unfold feels like a thrilling, heartwarming journey, and I can't wait to see how it develops!
