Letting out an exhausted sigh, I turned my attention to the conversation. “Send all of them to my location.” “But, Alpha… If I send all of them, who will handle…” “Don’t worry about that. I will join you.” With that, he disconnected the call. His expression seemed calm, but I could feel the storm brewing within him. Drawing in a deep breath, I asked, “Your name is Keith?” “Yes.” “You are an Alpha?” “Yes.” “Are you going somewhere?” “Yes.” “Where?” “It’s none of your business.”

Pain be damned, I propped myself up and stumbled to the pack's office to find him.
