Why would they go out of their way to hide something in the cupboard? Then my mind moved away from that and I worried if they brought snacks and juices for the kids. Did they bring diapers or their blankets? I wasn’t completely sure how many children had been here when they broke in but even one would be in enough trouble. They woke these children from sleep and stole them. They would be crying and worried, demanding snacks, drinks and the bathroom.
