Kill The Beast: Book Novels & Stories

"If you kill them like this, the Council will have an excuse to hunt you forever!" I turned to look at him. My violet eyes were cold. "Let them hunt. I am tired of being the prey." "Kaima, look at me!" Rowan stepped into my "death zone," the area where the pressure was so strong his skin started to bleed. "This isn't you. This is the Beast. Don't let Lyla be right about us." Mentioning Lyla made my rage flare. I looked at the silver-haired woman. She was standing back, watching with a hungry smile.

Even if we crash, I wouldn’t die. I can’t die. The wolves of the king’s bloodline are pretty much immortal. The only thing that can kill an alpha king is getting his heart removed. Just like an Undead. Maybe that’s why the Beast unnerves me so much. She’s as much of an immortal as I am and I don’t like it. Her power might threaten mine in the future. She already has a small army of those… Deads.

Rows of towering bookshelves stretched into the gloom, filled with books bound in leather that looked suspiciously like skin. "Where do we start?" I whispered, overwhelmed. "Section X," Killian said, walking straight to the back. " The Anomalies." We spent hours pulling books. The Red Moon of 1402. The Feral Plague. The Betrayal of the South. Dust coated my fingers. My back ached. But I kept reading. "Here," Killian said suddenly. His voice was tight. I rushed over to the table where he was standing. He had a massive, crumbling book open.

She asked. " yeah " I replied curtly. Almost immediately we heard strong moving steps coming our way.We ran to a near by stone waiting for the beast to show. "Give me the bone" lex whispered and gold gave it to Him. "Stay here don't move untill we are done killing it" kelvin said to Sofie while I rolled my eyes. Is he like her protector or what. The beast came out and it was ugly and scary I couldn't even describe what it was, we just needed to kill it and leave this hell of a house.

Once more, Fenris charged. I hurled the spear. It hit the beast squarely in the chest. Fenris let out a cry of pain. As the beast thrashed, dark energy leaking from its wound, the ground underneath us shattered. However, it was insufficient. The beast continued to approach. I prepared myself to attack once more. — Then Killian's cry reached my ears. I turned around. With his hands gripping his chest, Killian was on his knees. The soil was stained by a puddle of blood that spread out below him.

Wolfsbane. “Shit.” I look down at the burning on my chest, fucker had gotten me, his claws raked my chest just before he fell. How had we not heard them, we could not smell them, how is that possible?! I attempt to shift but the poison coursing through me prevents it. Rogues are coming at us from all sides and I see Alec and Ray struggle to keep them at bay. Another two rogues barrel towards me, the intent to kill radiating from them. I kick the first across the jaw, a yelp leaving its mouth and leaving it staggering. The other comes at me, I move to the side dodging its razor claws.

We log everything in the computer. “Sure. They’re in the back.” I grab Freya right before she knocks the pens over and walk briskly to the back, keeping my eyes down so I don’t get flagged by a customer. “Why are you reading the Book of the Beast?” Kristy asks as soon as the door closes in the back behind her. “I’m trying to figure out how to kill a demon in its true form.” “Have you gone crazy?”

Inside there are black candles, several scrolls, and a thick pitch-black book. Of course, it is the book that gets my attention. I took it and inspected it if there are dents, torn pages, or mites. Fortunately, although the book looks old, it also looks new, feels new, and smells new. It has gold writings on it, Death of God. "Death of God?! How did this get to here? I am sure if Mama saw you, she's gonna burn you," I said laughing at my own jokes. See, I am not just unlucky, I am also corny and crazy.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST *** DENISHA *** "Hello everyone, I am Lady Bella Ramirez. Chairman Kim's daughter in law and I would be representing him in this meeting" she said and I almost died of an heart attack. This is Amber. Amber is the daughter in law of chairman Kim? what is even going on here? she's supposed to be dead. I killed her. I watched the building explode. could it be possible that she survived? She can't survive. she was literally unconscious when I left her to die. is my mind playing games with me now!

I looked about the lot in alarm, a sudden thought occurring to me until I sighted the monster beast’s still motionless body, pinned by the sword that had its hilt now lodged into the sand. “Confirm kill!” I rasped, the word scarcely falling from my lips when Gordon, the sandy blonde-haired man with lips the shape of twigs drew his weird with a quickness. I watched, unable to move my eyes fast enough as he slammed the edge of his sword into Japhtar’s neck with a meaty crunch and the beast remained motionless. “Christ,” Hector sighed with a hint of pain lacing his voice as the meaty crack of Gordon’s sword hacking through bone filled the lot and I winced, turning away and raising my shoulder t
