King Asher, ‘As you are seeing, I am getting older day by day and you have to handle many things. Larena didn’t understand anything and asked, ‘I know, I have to handle this kingdom.’ Asher said, ‘No, it’s not about Kingdom, there are many things which are hidden from you and the whole world but this is the right time to tell you everything.’ Larena was shocked, she asked him curiously, ‘what is that?’ King Asher told her, ‘there is another world, called Water Realm, which is hidden by humans for their safety, and there are many things which are kept in the go-down of this Kingdom.’

She was not a prize to be fought over, and her glare told us both as much. This wasn’t the end of a war. It was the beginning of a new one, a battle far more personal and treacherous than any I had ever fought. The King of Ashes had just met his dark reflection, and the fight for his crown, his city, and the woman he loved had just begun.

He wore a deep green robe embroidered with silver thread, and a confident smile played on his lips Xavier never liked this Asher, he was arrogant and proud. Always looking for ways to breach the peace agreement between the Kingdoms, the agreement came after the big war between the races of this world and now this arrogant King is always looking for ways to cause problems with them. “Prince Xavier, welcome,” Asher greeted warmly, grasping Xavier’s forearm. His eyes shifted from Sienna to Tara, and for a moment, they softened. “And this must be your sister Princess Sienna and your wife Princess Tara”

Suddenly, a figure appeared and launched a surprise attack on the monster king. “Hmm? An ally?” The monster king's eyes narrowed in surprise. Just then, a voice rang out, “Ash, here to support!” “Well, well, well. Look who's here. You really have some guts to act cocky in front of me, kid,” the monster king said calmly. He then let out a roar which sent Ash flying. At the same time, he waved, and blood-red light began to gather into the form of a spear in his hand. "That doesn't look good…" Adrian murmured.

I needed to save myself from any trouble here until I found a way to escape. “And may I ask who left you all alone here When you are a new member in our kingdom?” I kept my silence not knowing what to answer but luckily someone got my back. “I guess you already met our Queen, Ashi.” Both of us turned to see Aztec walking to us lazily with hands tucked into his slacks. “Queen?” Ashi girl arched her perfect eyebrow at him and they seemed to be mind-linking for a minute. I felt awkward standing there but then Ashi turned her eyes at me and stared at me sceptically.

Ash wondered how he was going to find the water lord. Did he live in the mountain, away from his kingdoms, or did he live like a classless man amongst his kingdom people. He kept walking until he got into the border of the first kingdom. Ash stared at the first house that met his eyes and unknowingly frowned at it, travelling by foot through such a long distance was definitely enough to throw one off and make him that cranky and it seemed like a justified reason as to why everything was making him irritated.

The familiar style of clothes that are slightly less luxurious than in the banquet caught her attention, but her focus was on the insignia that she did not see before. The insignia of the Fressia Kingdom and only those of the royal bloodline would be able to wear it confidently. Asha’s thoughts spun, if the mate of her mentor is really from the Fressia Kingdom’s royal family, then her idea of building up a force in the dark to deal with the Artemia Kingdom’s Royal Ark clan would not be impossible.

Voice like iron. “The kingdom isn’t falling. We’re purging it.” And when I looked at Asher—just for a breath—his eyes met mine with something raw. Something proud.

Asher’s POV “Get your damn asses moving,” one of the guards shouted. They shoved our chained line down a spiral staircase made from black stone. The air got hotter and thicker with every step until it scraped the back of my throat raw. Sweat mixed with the dirt already dried on my skin. I kept my footing and stared at the back of the person in front of me, jaw locked, trying not to think about how far underground we were going.

Ash bows his head graciously, “Asher Wild, Prince to the Vampire King of England. But please, call me Ash. Everyone does, it feels weird to have people say my full name now.” The king bows his head, “Her loss, if only temporary, is felt keenly here.” Luther says, and Ash nods,
