Kolby, what's wrong?”

Kelly's eyes reddened in an instant. Tears welled up, threatening to spill over. Just then, Matty's young, puzzled voice cut through the silence. "Excuse me, why do you cry so much? Every time I see you, you're crying... Even when Theo and I got hurt fighting, we didn't cry. You're already a grown-up, and you still cry like this—it's really embarrassing, you know?" Kelly's expression froze. She couldn't cry, but she couldn't stop either.

Please don't cry like this," he said as he pulled Kimberly closer to lean on his chest, giving her a place to shed her tears.

And this time, I laugh, unable to hold back myself any longer. “Whew,” Zuby sighs, keeping the empty tray in her hand back on the table. “I have been dying to do that for ages now.” I cover my mouth to muffle my laughter, still unable to stop myself. The sight of Kira bathed in water and cheese is pure joy and so magnificent it needs to be framed and hanged on a wall for the utmost viewing pleasure. But then, I watch both her eyes switch into an instant dark swirling blue color, and I stop laughing, uncovering my mouth.

He cried bitterly like a child himself and I cannot do anything to solve his problem. I decided to stay quiet and give him his own time to cry. In all this mess Raven has become a walking dead, he has forgotten to cry or show his emotions. Sometimes I feel bad for poor Kiara that she has to experience his anger all the times. I sat on the floor, holding my knee. “Oh, the pain!” I yelled, tears falling from my eyes. They looked at me, shocked. “My knees hurt so bad, my wolf is not even healing, and I have so many cuts all over my body!” I yelled, crying heavily. Adam shook his head, his mouth wide open in shock.

“Kira?!” “Alpha!” Jacob’s voice was alarmed. “Get the damn doctors!” Ryan growled, not even looking back. I stood frozen, eyes wide, heart thudding loudly in my ears. Kira was crying, clutching Ryan’s shirt as blood dripped from her mouth. “She’s hurting me…” Kira cried, pointing a weak finger at me. “She’s… draining my life force. Avery… she’s… killing me!” “What?!” I barked, stunned. “Are you insane?!”

Kyler started but I cut him off. “Not that bad ?” I screamed horrified. “What the fuck is wrong with you ?” I shrieked as tears fell down my cheeks. “I am not that bad to be your mate, am I ?” he dejectedly whimpered before releasing me and curling himself to the farthest corner, knees brought to his naked chest and head buried in his arms which rested on his knees. He was crying ! We both were crying !! Dammit. He was winning the crying competition however and it felt like I was the one who marked him prematurely.
