Just as he was about to speak up, however, Kirou raised his hand to stop him before continuing his words, "It's just that they are currently locked in a fight with what appears to be a scorpion-like creature. This scorpion is obviously stronger than the ones we've been fighting. If I'm not mistaken about this, I think it is a boss." Hearing his words almost caused Mistaken Fox to jump in excitement. That was his feeling until he forcibly calmed himself down before giving Kirou a strange look. Seeing this look, Kirou only adopted a simple smile on his face, as if anticipating the question Mistaken Fox was about to ask.

Eun-Jae began. A second tail appeared then a third. The light began to diminish as a beautiful woman stood in front of them. The three tails then disappeared into her body and she opened her eyes. "Shit just hit the ceiling." Apikai whispered. "A kitsune." the beta finally completed his sentence. "A three tailed kitsune. Still young yet can steal bodies, that's great potential." Briseis commented. "Thank you." Mizuki smiled and Bresies nodded in acknowledgement.

It makes me wonder what abilities they have. David continued reading. "Kitsunes are the embodiment of fox spirits bound to a human body and particularly known for their trickery. The human and its spirit are one because they share a heart therefore, it is the heart that must be eaten. Their abilities include partial shapeshifting, superhuman strength, foxfire, and an affinity for blades." "Foxfire?" David asked, puzzled. "Pyrokinesis?" "That is what it says but the book is quite old so there might be some inaccuracies."

"Look at you, all eager to please. You didn't even offer anything in return. Why would she help you out?" He then handed me a card. "I'm Daniel Jenkins. Here's a little something for our first meeting. ZenWave's beauty clinics are all part of my family business. With this card, you can enjoy unlimited visits." ZenWave was a well-known, high-end beauty clinic chain. A single visit there could cost tens of thousands of dollars. This gift was too generous. I didn't take the card, but Leon snatched it from Daniel's hand and stuffed it into mine.

Aikon and I exclaimed together, fully alert now. “I hacked their system and I noticed a familiar coordinates. Bacchus, Minotaur and Pegasus are all going there now!” Miko frantically said. “What’s the coordinates?” I nervously asked. “JD-hyung’s location.” Miko said. I shivered. “We need to inform him!” Aikon said. “I already alerted him, hyung. It’s up to him now.” Miko replied. “I think they are already there.” Edward uttered looking at Miko’s laptop.

"If all it takes is killing her to get your soul back, why haven't you done it? How would someone go about killing a monster like that anyway?" "Well, you have to get it off guard and then cut it's head off. I only know, because I read a lot and when it first started torturing me. I found any information I possibly could about it. Now, I am going to have to drop you off up here now that we have talked, but remember don't look into it's eyes and never hide from it."

No sooner does the shadowy apparition pass, than the plumed bird ignites the desiccated vamp carcasses with lightning strikes, powderizing them into fading sparks and ensuring there’s no regeneration or rising again. Evidently, that’s still not enough to sate the alpha’s bloodlust though. Amid the battling weres on the ground, a genuine seven-tailed kitsune accomplishes the same thing as the lightning bird overhead. Imbued with fire, it zips and darts agilely in the wake of the were ranks, dancing flames leaping from its nimble feet, multiple tails and flickering along its coat, finishing off any wounded vamps and cremating any remains with explosive bursts of licking flames.

Hana gestured as her aura sucked back in on itself. I could tell Scrivens was equally terrified and fascinated. He knows Hana is the human Bloodmoon Princess and the Hunter faction leader of TMA. None of that would equate to the kind of power she momentarily radiated. Luckily, it was just her aura. From what we’ve been able to see and determine during heightened moments of rage, Hana becomes… well a Kitsune. Albert laughed his ass off the first time it happened when some vampire was disrespectful when we’d shown up to clean up their mess. Kitsunes were Kyou’s greatest fear and something Albert had used in Kyou’s final moments to torment him before letting Logan finish him off.

“Whatever, what is this third option?“ “I happen to remember a guy named Aedan. He used to come over to our place when we were young” Cali says. “He might be able to help us” “Then, what are we waiting for?. Let's get going” “The problem is; Aedan is a kitsune, Aklan” Kaia says. “Kitsune?“ “A trickster fox” Cali clarifies. “He lives inside the fox den in kokoro-yama, the heart mountain”

he crossed one leg resting a hand on his knee, “what about your kind is different that I should know?” Honestly, I wasn’t so sure what I could tell him. Latharn warned me kitsune were very private. There was some council that monitored us all for breaches. The last thing I wanted was to wind up on some list. “Well the one thing we all do you seem to be immune to.” That was annoying, mostly because I was told only other kitsune were immune, “we create illusions. You’ve always seen through mine. I can turn invisible.” “Can others turn invisible?”
