Darien obeyed the order and sat down at the breakfast bar and watched Zach frown over the contents of his fridge. “What are you going to make?” he asked eventually. Zach opened one of his cupboards and nodded in satisfaction at something that was in there. “A Poke bowl,” he announced. “You don’t have the right tuna for it so I’ll use the prawns I found in the fridge. Do you know what a Poke bowl is?” Darien could tell why Zach thought there was a possibility he wouldn’t know what a Poke bowl was, but as it was trendy in restaurants he did know about them. The man pointed to Kiyoko before returning to cooking. “Okay. So we have ramens. Egg ramens, shrimps, chicken, beef. We also have inari. Or our original! I recommend you to take the original or the inari! We have delicious inari.” Kiyoko said, mentioning the ingredients one by one.

Kenzo said to the waiter standing beside him. "Anything you want?" Kenzo asked looking alternately on Yara who was beside him, of course, because of the two girls with them, Sky, and Dream.

The waiter, Keiji, bit his lip, squinted his eyes, and nodded slowly, thoughtfully. "Sure," Keiji said, grabbing his menu, and I noticed how their fingers briefly touched. Shane growled lowly. We all glanced at him, but he covered it up with a cough. "And you guys?" the waiter asked. "Recommend something for us," Tate said. "Not US, I know what I want, unlike other people," Beth snapped suddenly, briefly glancing at my brother. "Everyone was having a hard time picking—" but Beth cut off Tate. "I'll have Dongkatsu, thanks, Keiji," she smiled tightly and handed back her menu. "And a Ramune soda, please."

With clouds in the background and overlooking city lights, it's a beautiful place for lunch. "Woah! This looks expensive!" She made me laugh again. I thought she'll be telling me that this place will be awesome instead of saying it's expensive. She never failed to amuse me though. We sat and ordered, "Broiled lobster, crispy calamari, coconut shrimp, four mac n cheese." I asked her while showing her the menu, "Is it enough or should I order more?" He led me to a table, and I sat down still behind his blindfold. "Baron, can I take this off now? Just really irritating the skin around my eyes.” I complained about tugging on the blindfold. Then, a waiter came, holding our menu and taking our order. For the appetizer, Caleb chose their Frito Misto and Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl. For the main dish, we decided to have a tuna steak, spaghetti, and turkey club sandwich as a side dish. "We'll enjoy seafood on our plate for a few more days," he teased. I rolled my eyes, "Don't expect me to do that. It might turn my appetite upside-down, I'll take a break from seafood tomorrow." "And how are you supposed to do that?"

"You guys charge 8,000 dollars for a dish and you don't even bother to cook it?" Kumiko's smile froze on her face. I could see that her patience was draining out of her eyes. "Sashimi is sliced raw fish, Miss Reid. We do have cooked meat. If you want, I can bring you the menu. But since we cook according to our customer's orders, it will take at least another 15 minutes to prepare your meal." My belly was grunting and I couldn't wait for another 15 minutes. So I waved my hands and said, "Thank you for your assistance. Bring me a can of Coke and some noodle thing. You do cook your noodles, right?"
