Pearl replies. “No water beasts?” Kailani asks. “You mean like the kraken? Oh yeah, we have one of those, but he doesn’t do anything unless we call for him.” Brooke says in a nonchalant manner. “Well, I’m happy we didn’t get on your guys’ bad side then.” Nikita says.

The apprentice moved away and bent down to cup some water with his palms. The moment he created ripples in the quiet lake, a giant tentacled creature rose up to the surface. "Oh my God! A Kraken!!" I ran as far back from the lake as possible. The creature was over forty feet long and was wiggling its tentacles and suckers dangerously. "Allena, it's just a giant squid." Marcus hugged me and rubbed my back. It was a squid indeed. Now I saw ink spilled into the beautiful cobalt blue water.

Raelor protested. “You don’t have to. Your face says it all.” Suddenly, a massive creature burst out of the well. “Oh shit, it’s the land kraken. Highest ground-level threat right now,” Raelor muttered behind me. I knew exactly what that thing could do. I kept switching between cameras along the path, some of them already damaged by the kraken. Then I saw something that made my stomach drop. “Vaerith…” Raelor said my name, but I was already standing up slowly, frozen in shock.

She closed he eyes as she breathed in and out slowly. "Hey! I can't believe I forgot to show you this", Anna's loud voice was heard again and Kaylee opened her eyes to look at it. "Wow, it's pretty", Kaylee said when she saw it. It was a pink butterfly with a blue design on it. It was the size of a key holder and it had the circular iron thing stuck to it so Kaylee did not have to guess what it was but she liked it already. No girl can resist that, it was really pretty.

My home, my dream, everything is destroyed. Pulling down, deep into the water, the Kraken clenched its tentacles, knocking the breath out of me. My ribs cracked, light as cement, I was sucked deep into the water. The Kraken's mouth loomed, razor-sharp beak waiting. I was about to die. Given my entire life up to this point, it was probably inevitable that my death would be horrific. The tentacles clenched again, crushing bones. As the kraken ripped my flesh with large, meaty bites, I tried to scream. Blood bubbles foamed out of my mouth, and then there was nothing left but a beak covered with gore.

Underneath Danterion’s falling figure, the earth fully opened up, revealing an enormous silver and slimy octopus - a kraken. One of the kraken’s numerous tentacles coiled swiftly around Danterion’s body, cushioning his fall. The kraken placed him gently on top of its soft and gigantic head. Before Langrion and Shia could even react, a tentacle quickly came at them and pulled Shia by the leg while another slimy tentacle twisted itself around Langrion’s cape. Langrion was hurled away from the courtyard, his body colliding with several trees and bushes at the nearby forest.

BOOOOOMMMMM… Long Chen was actually able to withstand the attacks from those three furious beasts. He kicked the black shark into the air with his foot, and the blue whale was struck by Long Chen, sending it crashing hard into the sea. Long Chen grabbed the Kraken’s tentacles and spun it vigorously through the air, rendering the Kraken unable to fight back. Then, with a powerful slam, Long Chen hurled the Kraken toward the blue whale that had just emerged from the sea.

Matthew set off with Dzy as his guide. They rode a mosasaur with armour plating to head toward the trench where the Kraken dwelt. The mosasaur was swimming really fast and it was easy to lose a grip on their reigns, but Matthew was able to hold on. They lay their bodies flat on the mosasaurs to reduce drag so that the mosasaurs can swim faster.

The main viewscreen switched to a live feed from the port, and a collective gasp of horrified disbelief went through the room. A creature of nightmare had breached the surface. It was a leviathan, a true kraken, larger than a blue whale, its hide a glistening, armored mass of chitinous plates and a writhing forest of colossal, sucker-lined tentacles. It rose from the depths with the terrifying majesty of a forgotten god and crashed down upon a massive container ship, snapping the vessel's reinforced steel spine as if it were a dry twig.
