Ferdinand couldn’t believe what he saw when he came back to the laboratory. On a huge cylindrical glass tube was a zombie, based on its appearance. She was a girl probably around 12-14 years old when she was still alive. There’s a rotting wound on her shoulder, smeared with black blood, and her eyeballs turned white all over. Her skin was bluish-pale, while a sticky dark liquid continuously sliding down to her chin. She was groaning, growling, banging on the thick glass and glaring at all the researchers in pure greed.

To Lucas' surprise, even Blackie was biting the corpse of a mutant zombie. 'It’s just a little dog. One glance at it, and it seems really humorous.' There were a total of 16 mutant zombies! Lucas extracted 16 blue zombie crystals from the 16 mutant zombies' minds. “Bark bark bark!” Blackie became excited when it saw the blue zombie crystals. Lucas did not hesitate to give the 16 blue zombie crystals to Blackie. Blackie wasted no time to start eating them. He ate them one at a time as if he was eating the most delicious food in the entire world.

The room was messy and dirty, it looks like a stock room, there are spider webs, ants and different insects living there for years, signs that the laboratory was abandoned for many years. The zombies followed him like what he planned, they also entered to the room where Adam entered. When he got the chance to come out, he locked the zombies inside the said room. He ensured that they can't go out of there before he left. Then, he tried to find the experiment room where Hannah, Andre and the old man are.

Everything was white except for the cages which contained snarling zombies. The lab was almost like other labs but Diana knew something was up, she just needed to find out what it was. She searched the lab for anyone that could tell her what 'Project XPX' was but found nothing out of the ordinary. "Over here!" Rudolph called out and she rushed over to him. At the edge of the lab was a bigger cage that was separated with a middle panel. Inside the two sides were two zombies who were snarling at each other. "Why are Zombies snarling at each other?" Rudolph asked in a confused tone.

Baby Zetty thought of Daddy's and Mommy's illnesses before saying with infinite courage, "No, I want to learn. No matter how hard it is, I have to learn." The third floor was the laboratory where Boye conducted various researches. Boye pointed to a separate laboratory in the corner and said, "Baby Zetty, this laboratory will be managed by you." Baby Zetty walked over and gently pushed open the door to the laboratory. When she saw the corpses and carcasses of various creatures inside, she was so frightened that she ran away! "That’s terrifying!" She stood far away and asked in shock, "Sir, what are these corpses and carcasses?"

She sighed and stared at the young boy’s firm eyes. “Fine. You can properly bury your mother but we need to burn her body. We still don’t know anything about zombies. It just still the first day of the apocalypse” Andrea Su said. She was about to turn around but she noticed Psyche Flint’s changing reactions. Psyche Flint just watched the confrontation between Lincoln Joe and Andrea Su but something unexpected happened. She noticed that, on her sight, Lincoln Joe’s body turned transparent and blood veins were visible to her eyes. The blood flows on Lincoln Joe’s body thumped like a heartbeat.

Thanks to an explosion that had occurred in a research lab, an unknown substance was leaked to the world. This was the start of the apocalyptic era, where humans could get infected by the substance, thus transforming into zombies. Three years after the zombie apocalypse started, I died in the maws of the zombies. To make things worse, my kindness was the reason behind my eventual death. Surprisingly enough, I was reborn to the timeframe where there were six hours left before the zombie outbreak began.

Lucas smiles and sits on the living room sofa, and I sit beside him. “So, what is this news?” Lucas clears his throat, “The Zobs. They aren’t really lone wolves. They have been made in a lab.” Alpha Mock and his Beta look at one another and both laugh hysterically as Lucas and I sit there, saying nothing. “You can’t be serious Lucas. Did you hit your head on a rock out there?” he asks. Lucas shakes his head, “No. Seriously. I am not making this up.” Alpha Mock smirks, “Okay, then, and who is this?” he asks pointing to me.
