Uriel pictured it as his eyes fluttered shut, making unintelligible noises at the back of his throat to signal he's paying attention. "You can see it, breathe in the salt, smell the sand. You can measure the wave, and it's tall and high," his croaky whisper caressed Uriel's ears, fingers tracing his chest leaving behind a trail of electricity. "It's the prettiest type of wave, blue, refracting light, distorting and mingling every molecule in the water. It's right there, you can see it. It comes closer to shore, and the wave is gone." his breath hitched.
