Adrian drove quietly with the car filled with a comfortable and protective silence as if he knew any word, he says would shatter my already broken self. I liked that he wasn’t trying to make conversations because I didn’t feel like talking to anyone at that moment I couldn’t recognize the image in the mirror, I looked very pale and my eyes looked bloodshot.
